Worst experience. The staff behaviour was bad. No facilities provided as mentioned in app.And the major point of concern was, they changed their route to take the local passenger. The travel was of 11hrs but it took 15hrs in total. In 15 hours of traveling there was not a single stopage for refreshment.

Its my worst traveling experience with this bus services.... I wont even tell my enemy to take this ride. First of all the pick up man was very very horrible & rude. The seats were shown separate in the website but its actually together, not comfortable, less spacious, amenities only the AC was working thats like over cooling, charging points were only for namesake. One blanket for 2 people!!! Are you kidding me.... No place for water bottle, no heating system, it was like I paid 820 INR for a local bus service, thats even better than this. The drop point was Rajiv chowk but they later told its not Rajiv chowk sone problem in communication & I must talk to the company. Then they told will drop at ISBT Kashmiri gate & later they changed the drop at Dhaula Kuan. I was supposed to reach at Rajiv chowk at 11pm but reached Dhaula Kuan at 1 am. I wanted to give 0 star but I cant because no option. My sincere request to people dont go to this bus service youre going to regret it. Please dont book this service. Worst experience ever...

They are not professional and have no respect for woman or girls.

They have good connectivity buses from Chandigarh to Rajasthan. Sitting are quite comfortable as compared with their sleeper. I went to Bikaner from Chandigarh in their upper side sleeper but it was actually very small box type of. You cant even sit as their roof is at very low height. I didnt had good sleep & felt tired when I reached Bikaner. The driver was like mute, I asked him 3-4 questions but he didnt reply by words always by shaking heads. As mentioned online they didnt drop me at Bus station but dropped me at highway at very early morning.

What a pathetic service provider these people are. They’ll charge you 1000 rs for a night and during night hours they’ll admit all passengers they find on the road and make them sit on the floor (since the seats are already full)These passengers are drunk, they mis behave and create nuisance in late night hours bothering the other co passengers and their sleep.Talking about social distancing, haha forget about it when it comes to this greedy money making company.SURELY MY LAST TRIP WITH THEM.

Unacceptable Worst Service Given by Vijay tour and Travels. at last moment they said journey of Chandigarh to Kota is not running and they will provide the journey chandigarh to jaipur and jaipur to kota. but they will only provide bus to chandigarh to Jaipur and for jaipur to kota. passengers was managed by self they charged full money to journey of chandigarh to kota , they didnt even refund remaining money. how can a travel agengy leave passengers in the middle of journey in this pandemic times. they didnt deserve five star rating.

I am traveling in their bus from Chandigarh to Delhi, extremely poor suspension, the bus is stinking, they sold me the last seats though they had ample seats unsold. You have to be very cautious while dealing with these private operators, they are sick. I will never traveled from any Bus outside the Chandigarh terminals.

Very nice bus service I personally prefers this service everytime due to its offerings. But coming to the location of the office I will not recommend a girl alone because just near to the office there is an wine shop where people drinks openly. I appreciate its bus service but the locality is not good.

Bus incharge behaviour is unacceptable they very rudly they picked up the tea biscuits and enjoy when feel stop the bus and go washroom but when we say dont stop and misbehave.

People are nice, but bus is awful, dirty and not confortable. And they changed the date last minute.

I have been travelled but I will never recommend anyone, they are just money maker no care and departure all passengers another place force fully.

Worst travel of the life, selfish staff...While travelling from Chandigarh to Jaipur they gave us a back sleeper which is a single seat and we were two and pay for two sleepers, the seat is not even good for one as its is a closed box without any windows.When contacted the ticket agent and the bus staff, they assured us that they will change our seat before Delhi as many of the passengers had booked for Haryana/ Delhi ...While reaching Delhi I saw many seats getting vacant and when we tried to accommodate ourselves on the vacant seat, the staff denied saying they have many online bookings for those seats, but the truth was they were getting walk inn passengers from the bus stop and giving them preference than the booked ones...

I book the ticket from their unhygienic office in kajeheri Chandigarh for travell to Lucknow, I paid for the double seat , I was with my wife and a 1 year baby, they gave me last seat and told me this is double ..But this was 1 and a half..last seat H.I ....poor staff .

Travelled from Jaipur to Chandigarh on 2nd January, 2020. Punctual. Neat and clean bus. Thankfully blower was on so didnt feel cold. Stoppage at a place where the washrooms were clean . Overall good experience

Better than any other travels from Chandigarh to Jaipur and vice versa. Others may cheat but Vijay travels is a fabulous one. Staff take care of passengers in a proper way.

The buses are running and a good to go option if an emergency. The traveling is up to the mark but comparison to a train in value for money , I will choose to go via train as it is faster and much cheaper infact the bus doesnt provide you with free water bottles or food and the buses dont stop at proper haults for refreshment. Not a very cozy way to travel.
