I applied for my Canada study visa through landmark immigration for the May intake. The entire landmark team was extremely cooperative, and their coordination was flawless. My case was handled by Mrs. Mandeep Kaur of the Mohali branch, who was extremely helpful, responsive and provided me proper guidance. In addition, I was initially concerned about the file processing time due to some rumors. However, because of their quick processing, I received my PPR in about 25 days ( 1May-25 May). At last I want to thank the whole team of landmark and specially the best person Mrs. Mandeep Kaur Mohali branch.

Before starting a file process they always call you like when you are going to start process with us but once you pay landmark fees they do not call you back. The same thing happened with after paying their fees they did not call me back even they did not attend my phone and they never gave me a relevant answer. They wasted my one year and lots of money. The staff is very annoying. They do not how to speak with clients. Here are some staff name SHIKHA.Shikha does not know how to speak with clients. She does not how to contact with Canadian Bank for GIC. I opened my GIC account by myself. She does not have manners. They wasted one year of my life and gave me stress every day and took my lots of money.My visa was rejected just because of their Zero knowledge of immigration. I was very surprised because there was no chance of rejection. They ruined my one year.They just look gentleman on live show. Even Bhatia does meet anyone to personally you can find him just on live shows. Where he says come and lodge your file with us.I recommend all the innocent people please do not take risk to lodge your file with them because they are very very very unprofessional and they making just big buildings with clients money.

Enough of the positive reviews made by landmarks employees. I have been waiting for about five months now for my airline ticket refund because it was cancelled due to COVID-19. I booked ticket myself after lockdown and came to Canada. Now as I am in Canada, because of the time difference I cant make calls at 12 midnight so texted one of their agents for my refund and they didnt cared to reply.Where is the professionalism they talk about in these reviews?

I had applied for a student visa application for Canada by Landmark Chandigarh and the this company left no stone unturned to ruin my application as I got two refusals for my student visa application for Canada just because of their unprofessionalism. Moreover, they charged a higher fee than the actual fee which is asked by an educational institute to deposit. The entire company is after your money as they charge for some additional expenses which are not disclosed at the time of registering with them. Since they know that if they have an applicant who is applying for a visa application and whether the application is refused or accepted, this wouldnt matter to them. The company assign targets to the employees to grab more and more applicants so that they can run their business, but this company forgets about the career of a customer. Their is an employee named Richa or Parul, who are known to be a very professional or senior one in applying for a visa application but trust me this woman has a great role in ruining my application too. The staff over there have no idea what course should be offered to a student or which college could be a best fit. This company gave me nightmares. For example, when my application was almost complete and it was time to submit the application to the Embassy of Canada and I got a phone call from their senior employee later night at around 8o clock and asked to me to pay the visa application fee and I said I wanted to review my application to ensure that everything was right but she insisted upon paying the money now so that she could apply the application and finish off her work and go back home. I mean who apply for such applications without the consent of a client. She was working later in the evening and it was not my fault at all whereas I know evening time is a time when every employee of a company is more willing to go back home than paying sincere attention to work. She even could have reviewed my application again and apply it next day but she decided to do without reviewing. I ended up loosing around 1 Lakh after going with this company. Furthermore, this company will offer you a course in an educational institute where they think that can get a percentage of commission from the university or college. This company may be proud of partnering with foreign education institutes but all these institutes are C or D grade where a student can get offer letter easily. In the end, I urge all its existing customers or upcoming customers to not to go with this company as you may be having a worst experience of your life or loosing your valuable money.
