Very professional agency. Sumit had contacted us though a lead and been our single point of contact since then for our Thailand trip . He was very patient with us during the entire planning phase and accommodated all our changes even till the last minute.We had some anxious moments during the initial phases about money transfer and all but the way they transparently shared all the breakup and built trust through genuine references, we went ahead with the transactions.Since we were making changes till the last moment, our hotel and transfer vouchers arrived late and we didnt have enough time to go through all of them. So we had to struggle to find our pick up at the Bangkok airport. A little briefing about this would have saved us the hassle.Sumit was since then constantly in touch with us throughout the duration of the trip, despite his hospitalisation. We booked our tour for Mysoore, Ooty, Koorg and Bangalore from Booking Squad. All the services including hotels & transfers were simply fantastic. Rates given good but as we were all ladies and 4kids along the hotel categaory given was unsatisfactory they didnt even suggested what is good for us booked first time with them and very much unsatisfied .They should do the booking according to the passengers and give suggestions wht is good for client.Coordination was also unsatisfactory.

Overall: It was an overwhelming lovely experience, mind-boggling :D Moneywise: 130% Paisa Wasool! ;) I dont know how did BookingSquad offer me such a trip at an unbelievingly low price. Before selecting the quote of BookingSquad I saw many offers on different websites but they all were quite expensive. I can assure you that even if you go by yourself and plan your trip with the same itinerary then it will cost you A LOT MORE than BookingSquad quotation. Trip Flexibility: I was having the option to select among different activities on different dates. I customised the package as per my needs. Ms. Manisha helped me a lot in selecting activities as per my requirements. Before Our Tour: I was having the lot of doubts regarding our trip in Thailand(activities, transfers, tickets, people, food) so I asked about them and all my doubts were cleared very nicely. I was given lots of advice by Mr. Jatinder and Ms. Manish which helped a lot. During Tour: a) Drivers: The drivers in Thailand dont speak English. They were not much friendly. They only understand you if they wish to. Else, they will make confusing expressions pretending they dont understand anything. Last day of my trip I was assigned the English speaking driver in Bangkok, he spoke very good English. The good thing about drivers was that they were very punctual. Drivers in Bangkok were better as they tried helping us by giving good advice regarding different things. I gave them tips as they really deserve those, they already earn quite less and work tirelessly throughout the day. b) Local Thai People: (i) People in Bangkok: They were amazing, they always give smiles to foreigners. Some of them even said Namaste to us. Even in the departmental stores, they were willing to help us for purchasing different things. (ii) People in Pattaya: They were very disrespectful. They never bothered listening to us. Nobody helped us in any way. They always stared at us. They kept on hiking prices for selling different items(For Ex: I was offered a Soap for ฿100 by the street vendors, which was being sold for ฿39 in the local departmental store) c) Tie Up Company of BookingSquad in Thailand: These people were excellent in their job. I remember on the first day the driver waited for us about 3 hours as our flight was late and it took some time while taking VOA. I came across Ms Penny, Ms Toon, Ms Koy Jenny. They all were very very helping, they always answered my phone calls whenever I needed them. They themselves contacted me on my phone via Whatsapp and Phone Calls during the trip. They texted me regarding pickup time and even called me if I wish to alter the timings. Jenny was the most helpful. BookingSquad Service: They were excellent. I had several interactions with them. Our entire trip was planned by Ms. Manish and it was only because of Ms. Manisha that our trip was organised so nicely. She included activities based on our requirements. Her behaviour was very friendly, even though I asked her same doubts multiple times but she always addressed all my doubts with the smile. During our trip, I had very small issue so I contacted Manisha mam for the same, I called her on whatsapp and she solved the problem at that very moment :). Hence, BookingSquad really backs you up even during your stay in Thailand. Mr. Jatinder was very helpful, he gave us the suggestion regarding the exchange of money, he even told what to do and what not to do during our trip. Mr. Harinder was very polite and respectful, he helped us in applying for the visa. I find everybody very well helpfull and very well behaved. TravelTriangle Service: Mr. Rajesh was our trip advisor from TravelTriangle. I had several interactions with him. He was also extremely helpful.
