WORST EXPERIENCE AT CHARISMA GOLDWHEELS.Today is June 1,2021I went to hero goldwheels to test ride xpulse 200, I called them before coming and as told by them I went there coming from mohali, as I entered nobody welcomed and infact no body even bothered to see if someone has entered,Here cones the twist, there was no one in the showroom to show the bike hahahaha and there was only one receptionist who said Sir apne call kiya tha na She said sir test ride is not available, I was shocked but after convincing her she said okay you may test ride however only in premises since theres no petrol, infact the test ride bike had many flaws, its gear indicator was faulty and I stalled the bike multiple times due to that.And no one was Wearing a mask.

Best Service place to two wheeler and genuine part used and top quality engine oil is usedNot proper place for rest while your vehicle repairing and not any proper washroom is hereOtherwise Good place for service of Two wheeler

Worst experience ever, I went for my bike service, they didnt have most of the things available at Service Station. Like my bike needed filter changed but they did not have a filter and most of the things. In fact, they dint have people for washing and they put charges for everything change or put in your bike. In my case, they charge 650 for labor only.

For your bike service dont ask them for pickup and drop facility because you will be disappointed. Otherwise bike service is good.

Customer Service is very poor. Vehicle job card opener persons are a lot of attitudes and show they are very busy and dont have much time to deal with the customer.

What to say about my experience with Charisma Golfwheels its horrible, so much customer harassment their only pretend there provide best services but in reality there service is so worst i never seen. Im giving -5 out of 5 star.

Today I went for my bike service .He didnt done properly. Its fully harrassment the customer. company has been provided 5th free service for customer but he took labour cost Rs191.54 . He didnt washed vehicle, chain cover properly. Its very poor service.Hopefully, all the customers will understand.

I gotta agree with the majority that this place has possibly the most disappointing customer experiences. Hero clearly doesnt pay too much attention to customer service, because I have had a similar experience in Mohali an in Chandigarh. The staff is not interested. the stocks are out and the place is a mess. I ended up not buying from hero even though I really wanted the Xpulse200

There are some very osssm persons.It takes two to three hours to get the service done. But How time passes is not known

Bakwas hero service center. All the times i had to revisit this service center after servicing my bike. Yesterday on 25 Jan i went fir service, told all the problems but the major problem of meter of bike was not solved and it was delivered in the same position at home as i had requested to do.

Bad servicemy bike gear shifting problem im update the staff this is problem creat in my bike but before serivce my bike reapt this problen and voice in chain set like chain not tight.After service bike washing delay 1 and half hour washing man not clean my bike than i move out.

I buyed a bike from hero showroom 25-6-19 and he says that collect your bike bill on 1-7-19 we buyed bike from throw sanjay i called on 1-7-19 he says that come on 2-7-19 when i call again on 2-7-19 he says come on 4-7-19 when i visit on 4-7-19 the biller man does not available on hero agency and they says that wait for sum time we waited 1hour+ but biller man not come. Then i call again on after sum days they says come on tomorrow and we call to hero agency and derectely contact to sanjay he says i delivered your bill on 15-7-19 but due to service errors he says that i delivered your bill on tomorrow but they cannot delivered the bill and he says that i delivered your bill on today . Today i get the bill and i get the bill after after 24 days totally bad service ever.

Very bad experience with the service and behave of staff. I serviced my bike 03.11.2019 from this agency, but on next day i noticed that there is problem with the gear of bike. So, i decided to go the agency after office hour. I reached here in the evening at 5.55 P.M. I said to one person of staff to resolve my problem, but he refused with the excuse that there is a timing of work to do even he didt call to any mechanic.

They dont provide proper customer service. Their office was not clean and there was only one person who was attending all the clients. They didnt have proper brooches for the bikes available with them. Also on my latest inquiry they said they dont have any bike having BS VI engine
