Recently we went on a trip to Tirthan Valley and Jalori pass which managed by Byko Journeys. It was a personalised trip arranged according to our timings and needs.The place was amazing with wonderful views and accommodation was up to the mark. We stayed in a camp side by the river and had the delicious food one can ever find in gaushaini. Our experience was more enjoyable because of our amazing driver Mr. Harpreet Singh, the chit chats during journey made the long route cheerful. The overall experience of the trip was great... The only thing that requires improvement is the discipline... There was lack of discipline on the journey both ways.. No proper timed stops were maintained due to which we faced difficulties and we could not have our proper meals ( breakfast, dinner) . The coordinator (abhinav)was very responsible and he actually made the trip more fun & best . The hotels provided were good too.

Pros:The trip was well organised with good places to visit, good food and a decent stay.Saurav is an experienced guide and knows how to handle a group of strangers.Cons:Traveller is not the best option on hills as its not suited for it.Majority of seats had issues which lead to discomfort in the entire journey specially when its from Himachal to Delhi.The organiser or the driver had no interest in switching on the AC at any time. We had asked them to switch it on many times when the terrain was plain and not hilly but they refused to switch it on. So we were all sweaty before and after we reach murthal during the journey.Driver used to stop at any location for tea/ snacks/ meals at his preferred locations and not when we wanted to have it. ( usually for commissions i will say ). This delayed the trip many times and we could have reached Himachal pradesh or back to Delhi much earlier than expected.Overall it was the driver and the vehicle that were the pain point. I dont know how much the organiser was involved in it but this definitely should be a red mark for him too.But as soon as we reached Himachal and the trips that followed after made our subsequent days happy and I will say it was a really good weekend spent.

Great overall experience, One can just do whatever they want with the time one have and let Maddy and team Byko take care of rest. Really reliable with a great temperament while dealing with every minor and major stuff. Come travel and leave back with a smile on your face.

I went to kasol-tosh with bykos and the journey was nothing short of magic! Right from the bus to the destination, we had our trek guide Nikhil with us. Overall experience was fine, that also depends upon yourself only otherwise the arrangements made could make your trip WORSTOWNER- With whom the trip was booked was very polite and professional and this rating is for him and few other services only.Otherwise I would have given less rating than this.COORDINATOR - But the Coordinator sent for this KASOL-KHEERGANGA trip was so unprofessional, indisciplined person, you cannot even imagine.CAMPS- Totally unhygienic. Not maintained at all. You may have to do cleaning yourself.TRAVELLING EXPERIENCE: Travelling experience was fine.DISCIPLINE: NO Timelines or discipline was maintained. Just because of this the whole day was wasted and these things should be managed by the coordinator.FOOD: Food was ok as compared to the other services provided.RISKY: NO Guide was provided on such a risky trek which makes the experience horrible. I guess this is sole responsibility of the coordinator to manage this.The whole trips experience depends upon the management and professionalism of the Coordinator.Posting this review for your improvement only, will help you to know your downsides and grow more.So that in future someones money and time could be utilized in best possible way and they may have best memories with your team.Thanks

I am giving 3 stars, because of the inconvenience which we have faced during our trip, first of all the timings of the events which was not properly given to us, because of which we lost our half day and didn’t enjoyed two spots Manikaran sahib and Kasol. On first day you didn’t even asked us that on which time we are going to leave for the Solang valley. And we are very dissatisfied with the way our stuff was put outside from the camps when we came back from Solang. These were the mistakes which should be looked for. And in the good side, the food which was provided was excellent, enjoyed a lot at parties which was organized and people was also friendly with everyone. In the end, I have forget about the small mismanagement and will definitely travel again with Byko journeys. Thanks to Maanad Taneja, Manmeet Dhiman, Parv and Nikhil Gujjar.
