I wanted to port to VI because I was tired of other companies. I live in Delhi but I my home is in chandigarh so I had to replace my moms sim, but they didnt have the prepaid SIM and not delivering any sim cards at my home in chandigarh. They were forcing me to choose postpaid connection. So I left and just after 3 stores I got Airtel stored and they helped me out and I switched to Airtel from BSNL. Poor service of VI. I even got a DTH connecting and one month free service. We love you Airtel.

Worst customer service center, this store is nearby and i have gone there several times not once have a come out without a headache. you will find the staff fighting among themselves and would certainly not listen to you unless they finish their personal calls, which can take up to 30 mins

Iam visiting vodafone from last month to get my number converted to pre paid, however every time they give new excuse sim card is not available or technical issue is going on still iam not able to get my number converted into pre paid. Today as well i visited sector 27 branch chandigarh. They told me to come on monday as they dont have sim. When i ask them to close my numbe still they ask to come on monday. I think vodafone is running a scam.

When you approach the staff they appear busy and show as if you are adding a new burden to their already stressed lives. Never gives full guidance. No fear of losing a customer. Very bad service and customer satisfaction is 0.Please dont reach out there for any help they wont help you in one go.Suggestion: if you have any doubt about the solution of any problem that they provide you kindly contact Vodafone customer care to make sure they are not making a fool of you because in most of the cases they make a fool of customer when asked about any offer, service or any sim related issue.Note: They will only provide you solution when you will call customer care representative of Vodafone and ask store person to talk to them.

Worst customer service.I was with vodafone for more thn 10 years but now a days they s*ck.In My opinion stay away from Vodafone at any cost even Jio (a new born company) is far far better thn them.I was trying to port my Vodafone no. From postpaid to prepaid but it never worked.I even wrote emails to vodafone customer care n I recieved calls from head office (gurgaon) but nothing worked out in more thn a month.Thn I ported my postpaid Vodafone no. To Jio n they brought it in Jio as a Prepaid ( it was that easy ).

Went for porting my prepaid Vodafone No from Delhi NCR to Chandigarh. Was brusquely told (forced) that unless i changed to a post-paid connection the porting request would be likely be rejected. When i refused, I was asked to provide Aadhaar card details. When i said it was not a mandatory requirement as the matter was before Court and certainly till Feb 2018, i was told by the Manager that the Vodafone cant help me in the matter.
