Extremely slow service

Idea customer care service is the worst service i have ever seen in my life. I have been using my number since 2014 but their internet service is worst. They are charging 4g pack but providing you 1g data speed. If we lodge complaint they dont have sense to talk without giving resolution they are just closing the complaint. And said we dont untill when this will resolve you need to wait. I am calling at customeŕ care from 15 days continuously. Worst exprience. Just got stucked with this bad service provider

Idiots like ritesh are employed for customers inconvenience and very much focused how to harass customers why idea has opened such stores and spending huge amounts, ultimately it is coming from customers pocket. Idea management must check such lags.

Office is so so... Not up to mark as per competition in market... And also same for service....

No proper attention is given to a problem. A simple problem cannot be editted. Only 2 people to attend to so many people.
