My sim card was ported in less than 20 minutes. She gave an offer as well. Anamika is a pretty girl working over her who helped me.

Customer relationship is very nice and they are listening to your needs and working more than their 100 percent to provide that. Pandemic has been bad for every common man but still the way they treat customers is quite welcoming. I dont remember the name of employee but it was female employee and she helped me with my query and went through with it Without wasting my time. That really felt good. Do visit them though their service is not good at some places that I cant deny.

I went there to get my number ported from Jio to Airtel but the dealing staff girl at the store was very clever and she took charges for KYC from me without issuing any receipt. Later on after speaking with the Manager of the store, she returned the KYC charges without any resentment. But I felt cheated.

The staff was cooperative in the store but when it came to online service , they werent cooperativeI asked for a wifi connection in my house...even after 48hrs didnt receive any information , had to call them 2 times still didnt get the wifi set up ar my house .Not at all satisfied with the airtel service

I told executive there that my father died and I would like to transfer connection to my name as he has a plan valid for next year also. He replied : its your father who paid the money and if he is dead. Connection will.be disconnected and it was his money and all money will be lost. And it wont be in your name as it was not your money anyway. This is is the worst human response. Forget about Airtel but its about people. Dear, executives at store, when you will encounter similar tragedy, I hope there is some one who says exact statements to you too.

Very unprofessional stall in this store, i visited on 2nd march 2020 for my bill plan issue that time i saw all staff doing there own work and not attending customers. There was only one guy who attended me was good other wise no one was interested to attend cust and the store manager just walking in store but not doing his job. I had gone there to get some help as my phone was not properly working. I told them that I am from Bangalore and facing some problem with the phone because of which I am suffering badly since neither I can establish contact with desired nor the desirous people can reach me. But they did not have time especially the manager of store and made me wait for a long. Finally I happen to meet one Aakash who eventually listened to me and helped. People their seems to be very unfriendly and do not show any warmth towards client. Though store is neat & clean.

She shows attitude towards customers and she may be doing duty but her role demands service minded not attitude showing people.Almost all are not fit for job and i dont know why Airtel recruits and continues such a under performed employees.In my opinion its good to take some review on people working in stores, oyherwise they continues this.Its my kind request to Airtel Owners, if u want to exist in this competitive world, please recruit, people who was service minded in their academicsFinally because this irritation, me and my family members who are using airtel from one decade made Port to other networks.

THE PROBLEM NOW A DAYS IS GOING AS from the backend systems are done so it has become difficult for Customer Care Executives to Resolve..Customer and another Problem is Validation of Aadhar Card have been made mandatory so work load is there a lot on Executives..So it has become difficult for Solving Customers Issues..So ur Right they are not giving 100% Service to Customers..........
