I have used there service before and had no issues, with drivers behaviour or Innova condition.But my last ride with them compelled me to write this review.Specifics of my ride-T3( IGI) to ChandigarhCar type -Innova CrystaDriver - Mr.Gurdeep SinghVehicle- PB 01 C 0567The Car, which is 5 or 6 month old had poor suspension . Perhaps the driver does not know how to ride it on the potholes or car has not seen the service station for a while. Either case the ride was most uncomfortable.Mr. Gurdeep singh , i find him a god fearing person ‘coz he bows while passing temples on the way. At the same time the road rage and short temper makes the passengers fear for their life.Overall i would hope the owners take this issue with the driver ‘coz unlike others who will drop the idea of hiring them, i would like to give them another chance looking at past experiences with them.

I got good customer service. The car which i booked is value of money. I found interseting of mode rental is no hidden fees. I highly recommend this car rental company
