Budget accommodation. Rooms were not that clean.

Rooms are okay okay type but in whole hotel there was only one guy for services he was calling himself manger but he was doing everything out there salute for this guy rest was good experience for budget hotel this was fine.

Mall things like soap we have to go down from 3rd to ground floors n ask for the soap n there is no dustbin. for most important thing when we entered in the room that was so suffocating in the picture there was windows n beding was also nice but there is no window n beding is also not impressive. Also there is no toilet paper no dustbin for such such small things, I have to go down floor this, so unexpected worst even experience of hotel room . As we asked for the room similar to the give. problem also there upar door lock dont worrk, i have to bend down to lock the doorDustbin was not provided,no soap, no customer facility ...

Worst receptionist behaviour high price according to the room .

It was okay. Comfortable stay and helpful staff. No hidden charges.

Located near to Forties hospital as well as Mohali Cricket stadium. Daily cleaning in the room. Free parking area and next to patrol pump. But room condition average specially washroom. No restaurant in hotel and food are coming from out side which take long time. But near by having some restaurants where anyone go by walk.If you just want to spent night then ok ... budget wise ok

Nice place to stay. Good connectivity and accessible. The hotel staffs are also friendly. Only problem we had during the stay was water they were reluctant to give normal drinking water. We had to purchase everytime.

All condition is very good. I prefer my first choice hotel blue diamond. I hope its like to you. So come in blue diamond. its completely for couple.

I had booked a big size family room on 23-11-2018 for my stay with my family on 24th- 25th Nov.,2018 and paid advance against booking.On reaching there, the hotel owner denied my booked accommodation. It was very disgusting at that moment as I reached at hotel during lunch time ,right from Delhi,though my booking was reconfirmed by the owner one hour before reaching there. It was very uncomfortable moment for me and my family with children. The owner was least bothered, They didnt feel the necessity of offering even tea or a glass of water. I will never suggest anyone to book accommodation in Hotel Blue Diamond, Mohali. Worst management, one can ever imagine. This was my worst experience in my life.

Good value for money,, if you are looking something below 1500 range then it is good... cleanliness is also gud...

Hotel staff is very bad. There is no cleanliness. They charge more for everything including water, extra bedding, room tariff.The receptionist is so arrogant. I would not recommend you to take this hotel.

Totally unprofessional staff, no basic facility, they charge even for glass of water, receptionist so arrogant, dirty rooms, TV not worrying...never want to stay in such accommodation. Wastage of Money.

Hotel services was pathetic. never expect this kind of service from any hotel. in mid of night electricity gone after 1 hr they started generator. no room service telephone were dere. AC was not working properly. Staff was not cooperative. we reached their 3 hrs before the check in time but they are not ready to adjust, they asked for extra money, when I was booking hotel I called them they said we will adjust but when we were dere they were not ready to adjust. And TV was also in bad condition not working. I will not recommended this hotel.

Worst room cleanliness. No lifts. Room service is poor. If you are booking deluxe rooms they will ask you to upgrade to super deluxe, because deluxe rooms are very tiny and uncleaned. Only benefit was it is near to airport.
