Bought my first Maruti car from them. Bought the WagonR CNG version. Whole operation was smooth. Only draw back was made to buy accessories and additional warranty unnecessarily. Baljinder Singh was nice throughout the course of this deal. Only because of him I bought the car. Otherwise I would have gone to some other dealer to buy it. Internet connectivity inside the store sucks. Which makes things hard for the customer since most of the documentation is on the web these days. Company can at least provide the customers with free wi-fi connection inside the store to make things easier. Or talk to all the mobile service providers to boost signal strength around the area.

My experience while buying a car from here has been wonderful, staff were very helpful and they have made an impression on my mind specially I will mention the name of Sanam Rana...he is an asset to the company.

The worst experience ever. They delivered my car on full payment but did not provide any document and now just giving lollipop promises for last 43 days. The reason for not giving warranty certificate- our system is blocked for 45 days. They believe we are fools and do not know anything.
