It a nice stay. The location of the hotel is very good, and the rooms are also very good and the staff was very nice and very polite. it is mentioned that they have a mini fridge but it was not working, but they allowed us to put our stuff in their common fridge, but the common fridge was on ground floor. And outside food is not allowed but it was mentioned. According to me the price I paid for this was high because I was getting a room without fridge at a cheaper rate.

The room quality has degraded over this pandemic, the room was smelly, there furniture looked old, there wasnt proper maintenance and the blankets had stains in it. The room service and food isnt good as well, Id not recommend it for the price theyre offering the rooms for. Only saving grace is the rooms are a bit spacious than others.

Very bad experience from this hotel.every thing is not properly working .there are no such staff is listening properly issued .there are t.v tube ligths ,and ac are not working .main thing of the washroom ,s taps are leaking and geaser is not working from night to morning till time 10.am .staff is not listening properly. Kindly resolve these issued .is the last i recommend this hotel is worst stay of my whole life .

Location is superlative, central Chandigarh to travel easily in all direction. Food and Hospitality was amazing, old property but maintained very well. Higly recommanded.

Pros 1.Location is at heart of chandigarh, well connected to main centres 2.Room being city-view had amazing scenery 3.Comfortable bedding Cons - 1. Broken latch 2.Very few television channels (also not working) 3. Inadequate heating infra. 4.You have to ask for basic toiletries- not given by defaultThus, hotel is on expensive side, requires improvement in services and infrastructure.

We paid 3000 for three persons but still we didnt get any extra mattress moreover they cancelled our breakfast which was provided by oyo. I cant believe we paid 3000 for that much small rooms nd we werent provided with dental kit and slippers. Worst room service ever. We had to call 10 times for plates and spoons.

Worst stay ever. ILL behavior manager was so rude and arrogant.breakfast was included nd we paid as well for it but manager refused to provide us that. No dental kits, no slippers, no room service and no extra mattress for extra person.

Not happy with service and cleanliness

The room Im staying is a suite room. There is plenty of space available in the room, despite of two tables and 3 chairs available along with the refrigerator and one bag stand. Cupboard is available and the washroom is also in decent shape. Room service is good , although the price charged is not satisfactory. Overall the stay is good and the window view is good.

Someone keeped trying to open the door too many times in whole night from outside without pressing the doorbell. Disturbing the sleep. And bathroom was having odour from pipeline.
