DO NOT GIVE INTERVIEW HERE, Unprofessional company they send you offer and before joining 1 day before they revoke the offer. This incident happened with me. I dont recommend them at all.

Good working environment ... Management is very cooperative ... If you are looking for growth in your technical career and at the same time want a good salary package then do consider this company. Been in this industry for a lot of years with several different companies and by far Xicom is the best company to work for!!!

Small company with big ego. I wasted my 2 precious years with no learning. Did my best but they ate my 2 months salary and did not issue my experience letter. If you get terminated, you are lucky but if you resign, their ego gets hurt. Untalented people hold top positions. They are on the verge of closing down. Never join these idiots. CMMI level is fake.

Its been 3 years I have been working here and I feel it was a great decision of my life to join Xicom.

Xicom no doubt is an excellent company which provides very good environment for the creative employees. Managers listen to your creative inputs and suggestions and make you feel confident. This way we learn a lot and our inner leadership skills also get developed. Other thing which I like here is that they have very good infrastructure and resources in place.

It is said that employees don’t change the company but they change their managers. This statement doesn’t hold good in Xicom as here managers are very supportive. They help at every moment and let employees take responsibility to work in projects. They give enough time to employees to finish off the projects and these projects give good exposure to employees to learn so many things. Good thing is that Xicom has a proper team for every kind of work whether technical or other fields and each of the employee collaborate with others to finish off the projects in style which satisfies everyone.

I have been working with Xicom Technologies from last more than 2 years and I had very good experience while working here. I have been placed at some very good projects which gave me good exposure to many technologies. I feel that now I am better prepared to work on any type of project due to the experience I gained here. Seniors and project managers have always been very supportive.
