From HR to CEO everyone is Amateur, No negotiations are made, they just stick to their offer only plus no offer letter will be provided to you until you accept all their terms and give them a date of joining (BEFORE GETTING OFFER LETTER). For them offer letter and joining letter is same. CEO wants you to work day night to meet your deadline, that too given by CEO only. Would also add a bit of my interview process, CEO asked me a detailed information on how my previous organizations work, that I think is total waste of time, until you are AMATEUR and need IDEAS to expand their business.

HR schedule my interview, i was sitting infont of camera with full of prepration then HR called me that interviewer is busy right now i rescheduling your interview after 2 days then same thing happened. I was sitting infont of camera and no-one joined. I dont know how he is CEO of that company. He dont care about someone time. They have POOR service. Totally unprofessional. They dont return any of your calls or respond to any of the emails.This is a waste of time and money. After taking 75% of my money as an advance, they made me run behind them like they were doing me a favor and delivered a non-functional product after 6 months delay. When I asked for a refund or to fix my website - they said they put in effort & demanded more money to do anything else. Dont waste your time or money by choosing these crooks. After all this they had they audacity to put my companys name as a client on their stupid websiteWish I could rate them 0 Stars.
