The worst customer service by Caratlane Manimajra. I wanted to exchange my ring under their lifetime exchange policy but their system wasn’t working when I went there the first time. They borrowed two days’ time, told me they’ll tell the exchange value within that, which they didn’t, we had to call them, and asked me to come back after that. We went after three days to get my ring exchanged but even today their system isn’t working. I live in the cantt area so, it’s difficult for me to get permission to go out but they didn’t comply. They made a mockery of my time and my interest in Caratlane.
