This was the very first hearing aid clinic of the city beautiful ...... Had first visited them in 1988 to acquire an Arphi pocket hearing aid for my 3 years old son ..... Visited them today after 32 years regarding some issues in his Resound Linx Quattro. Their service & counselling today was as trustable as it used to be 32 years before.....My best wishes to them.

Indian Audio Centre is excellent Hearing Aid Provider and having very good after sales services. Mr Sandeep Kamboj owner is very particular about their customers, product and services.Earlier I used to get hearing Aid and services for my relatives from different hearing centre but it was not satisfactory and every now and than it created problems. Than I came to know about Indian Audio Centre which are in this field since 1971 from my friend. Since we have shifted our hearing aid services and products from INDIAN AUDIO CENTRE we are happy that we dont have to bother again and again.They are giving proper and excellent services. I brought ear plugs from this shop. At the time of ordering this person showed ear plugs of high noise reduction but at the time of delievery made a low quality ear plugs which are now useless. Took 2000 rupees in advance for this cheat. Not advisable at all😕

Last time in 2015 my friend visited this place for hearing aid from Dehradun. He is so satisfied that he called me up and asked me to write a review for Indian Audio Centre and also he has refered one of his friend whoes mother needs hearing aid.I am writing this on his behalf.The hearing aid was fitted to his father who lives in Dehradun, who earlier purchased hearing aid form Dehradun and then again from Saharanpur, but he was not satisfied. Then I suggested him to come to Chandigarh. He purchase the hearing aid after proper trial and testing. His father is so satisfied that he has specially asked me to send good wishes for Indian Audio Centre and its staff. Please keep on doing The Good service. God bless.

In this product or industry what thing matters? That is Service, which is Excellent by thier end. They are the most trusted & one of the oldest hearing aid centre in Chandigarh. I must say if you are looking for a hearing solutions than this is the place where you can get the right advice with the right product, because they are the solution provider, not like other hearing aid centre. Its IAC if you pronounce it in Punjabi.. Itss aaeee aa see means Yeh he hai jeee aapki problem ka solution, where you can get solution of all your hearing problems.

I live in the states and lost my hearing aids during my visit the in india. The hearing aids were insuranced so phonak had replaced them for new onces and they refered me to a hearing aid center called times hearing center. I got the hearing aids in about two weeks and this was about 3 months ago but the experience with hearing aid center itself was a nightmare. It has been almost 3 months now and there is not a week goes by that i have to go back to get the hearing aids programme every week. I cant hear any thing from one and the other is fine. In the past 3 months I probably have visited them about 15 times and speeded about 40k. Every time i went in there there was always an excuse you need new domes or you need new battery or Have to take the aodio test again and excuse after excuse. After 3 months of frustration I started looking for other audiologists in Chandigarh and found indian audio center and the first thing i noticed when i was reading there website was that is was opened in 1971 so that led to to think that these guys have over 4 decades of experience but i was looking for a audiologists that carries the brand phonak. Thats the name of the company witch hearing aids i use. While i was studying there wedsite i saw that they only deal with 4 or 5 brands and phonak was second in line where the name was listed and that led me to think that there quite used to dealing with the brand. I jumped on the phone and called the center and i was provided with the number of the audiologist because it was still before office hours and i wanted to speak with them before going there so i calld the audiologist and explained my issue with the hearing aids and asked if he was quite familiar with phonak and the answer i got was that he had been dealing with Phonak Hearing aids since 2004 or 2005. Then I explained to him what my problem was and asked that if he could program the hearing aids for me and how much would he charge me. The answer i got was that if there still under warranty he will not charge me anything and i said no Im more then happy to pay for the service and will pay any amount that needs to be paid. The audiologist recommend that i come to in to the center and if Im satisfied with the services he will charge me what ever the reasonable amount is to reprogram the hearing aids. The next day i went to rhe center and the audiologist him self met me not some trained employee. We spend about 3 hours together during different tests and creating different situations while there is different types of noices in the background that he has set up in the office. Sometimes he would make it seem like we are sitting in a car and then talk to me to see if I understand or other times in a crowded place with allot of noise and se if I understand everything. all of this took about 3 to 4 hours and then i asked him if i can go out side and get the feel on the hearing aids in natural condition and See how they work so i spend about 20 minutes waking around the market to see if i hear everything fine and i was amazed at the quality of the sound i was able to hear everything very clearly and not even notice that i had hearing aids on. So i go back in the center and tell them that every thing is fine. I bought a pack of batteries and 2 sets of dome and he also did the audio test and some other tests also so i was thinking the bill should be close to 8 or 10 k but when he told me the amount i was shocked and said what do u mean and he said 1200 for the 2 sets of dome and another 120 or 130 for the batterys. I reached in to my wallet and pulled out four 500 rupes bills and said keep the change. He refused and gave me all of my change back and I tried so hard to convince him that what ur charging me is not enough but he said that i only charged you for what u bougt from me and since the hearing aids are under warranty I dont need to pay for any thing else. I was truly impressed. My over all experience with indian audio center is if ur looking for quality and customer service That the place to go they know what there doing.
