WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHINGDont buy anything from Pepper-fry. They are cheat and making fool of the customers. They do not mention their policies clearly on their website. Do not spend a penny of your hard earned money on buying things from this brand, rather go to any local furniture vendor. When a customer fall prey to their offers, then they play their cards and tell you the hidden things under their policies and will deduct your hard earned money. Their customer service is so poor...they do not listen to your grievances. Their executive said his part and then disconnected my call. ...Disgusting.So much disappointed with my experience with the pepper-fry.I would have given ZERO star..but their was no option.

I have been to various furniture studios across North India but this studio has some special vibe.Store reflects the Indianness their brand is all about and they have qualified and empathetic staff.Great to visit!

This place is not for shopping..its just their chandigarh center. You can approach them for repairs etc but they dont sell anything. You have to buy online. But they are happy to help

Horrible services. I purchased two beds from here and even convinced my fam not to buy from Godrej, which I now realised was a huge mistake. The quality is extremely sad. Its not even been fifteen days and one of the bed is chipped off and screws are out and it cannot be used. Firstly we are not in position to return it because of their sad seven day policy and secondly they wont even get the damaged fixed. Whats the warranty for then!!!??? The team is not empathetic, they are like robots. I wont buy anything from them ever. And I will honestly advice not to waste your money here, instead get it designed yourself or go for better furniture stores. Even Zefo turned out to be better for the price. Pepperfry is just sad.

I preferred offline store buy thinking that my queries will be resolved in case I have any issues. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and I called the store guy and sent WhatsApp but no response till date. I got a defective product and Pepperfry team try to do a stop gap Jugaad and when I asked for a replacement then they said only refund is possible. Why a customer is made to wait for 4 weeks and then he gets a defective product in spite of your so called quality check at Pepperfry end and then after wasting again 3 weeks you are told refund is only option and then wait for another 4 weeks for new item to get delivered. Please abstain from buying anything from Pepperfry, not bothered about customer...

They asked for my mobile number and name , Its my personal information I did not want to share it . Apparently , if you dont share that you are not allowed to visit the store . Hilarious !!

I ordered carpet from pepper fry. It has a big black spot on the centre of the mat. Spot is around 4-5”. Disappointed!!

Guys do not blindly trust the manager punjeet in elante pepper fry store . He promised many things to me while i was ordering the product.He don’t have much knowledge about pepperfry products so please don’t waste your time with him. The product delivered to me was incomplete and also damaged . When we tried to get resolution from call center people, they asked us to go to store in elante and when we called punjeet he was saying to call back to the call center they will take care . At last when we clearly told him that you have to to take a step because you only did false commitments while selling, then he was like refund depends on call center people i can not do anything. Useless staff . Also they told us and send one guy to our house for inspection of the product we said ok but that guy was sent for repair of the product these act smart and we denied that we dont want any repair we want our refund . Finally after wasting so much of my precious time and several follow ups we got our refund today .i request you all not to buy online furniture from pepperfry you have many more options you can look for that.Second point -for the first time i purchased one center table from them and its dimensions didn’t matched with my requirements so i asked them to replace and give me a bigger table and i will pay for that they refused to do that . Till date that table is of no use to me . they dont replace any item if you don’t like it or any other reason they will not replace the product even if you want to change the size .

We ordered furniture worth 1.5 lacs from the chandigarh store . Mr punjit who is the store manager there told that we wud be getting some cash back worth 8to 10 thousand . Once the furniture was delivered , to our surprise our order was changed it was not the exact design we had chosen, and till date we have not received cash back we had promised . Even after repeated requests to the manager we have not received any money . At the time we were making the payment we are asked for our bank details and our adhar card copies and were told that our cash back would come In our accounts and we totally fell for it . It was a complete fraud .

Ordered for Double bed , committment for delivery on 4th sep. Not delivered yet till 20th sep. No authentic reply and feedback from Vendor, repeated request failed , no result.

I was to purchase Bunk Bed for my Kids. I called Store Manager Punjeet, As per him if i buy from store he will give some extra benefits and discount. I went all the way fro Zirakpur to Chandigarh and when i reached their they denied and says they cannot offer any discount. Ruthless services. I wasted 2 hours just because of their 1 wrong commitment. Better to order online. Just to make his own sales he gave me wrong information and wasted my time.

Not a pleasant experience on my recent purchase. I purchased bed and 2 side tables for around 24k. The side tables were not as being displayed on the site. I went to the store too to see the furniture but it was not there. The store guy also said if you dont like u can return it. They sent a personal thank you card and the person who delivered it also said that the side table in the photo is misleading.I put the return request and here is the responseWe have a company policy where if the customer does not like the product or the product’s quality or if the product doesn’t fit into your criteria in these scenarios we do not accept the return request.I dont think I am gonna visit this site again. A bad experince.

I have been purchasing items from pepperfry for the past few years. The products are a real value for the money spent. I have visited the pepperfry studio at Elante mall Chandigarh also on a number of occasions. The staff is very friendly and courteous and really helpful in getting to know the products. I have recommended pepperfry to many of my friends and would continue to do so. I wish them all the best in their endeavours.

Would definitely recommend to visit the place and go through wide range of products, the hardwood used is superior and well seasoned, design are both contemporary and ethnic....I hope service would be same as product.

Very unprofessional behavior of the designers at the Chandigarh store. The designers came took measurements of my kitchen and then never called me back or bothered to work, it been almost a year and not even an email . Do not recommend them.
