The reason why Jawa is popular among Indian two-wheeler enthusiasts is because the brand had a pretty good presence in the country in the 60s till the early 90s. Back then, Jawa motorcycles were considered some of the most affordable performance bikes, and as a result gained quite some popularity.

The only good thing about this place is the jawa bikes.Some people from the staff are quite helpful but on the other hand some are literally the most unprofessional with an unbearable attitude. I wonder how a reputed company like jawa hired them. Specially that female staff member who has no sense of talking at all and keeps on yelling around as if thats the only thing shes been paid for.I am not trying to complain here but getting such kind of response even after spending in lakhs on 2 wheels disappoint me.

Java motorcycles r superb in design nd comfort.

Its been 7 months ,I bought jawa 42 from Chandigarh showroom and it has got battery issue...I am not able to start the bike..I made it checked from local mechanic ,though he made it start from the other battery but the next day it is giving the same problem ..I called the showroom manager and told him about it..he is saying get the bike here or we will take outstation service charges..I have alrrday paid a big amout but these PPL are not even able to give a free check up to their customer...this is really wrongly...I am really not liking their services...

Employees are good but they are very unhappy,underpaid and not respected by their owner which is reflected in their work. I really hoped I had a jawa dealership who are themself have pasionate bond with brand. A real letdown at the core.

Place to get Jawa and service

I had issues with the delivery of vehicle but they resolved it with after sale service, i am not saying that i got discount but they provided me best service whenever i visited the dealership, answered every single question. I would suggest you to visit this dealership if you are planning to buy JAWA. The only thing you need to take care of ia double confirm the delivery date.

Have sent an email. No reply. Have called 3 times. Never answered and no call back. Can only imagine how pathetic their post-sales communication would be! Third rate!!

I purchased a Jawa Classic. Good service on the date of purchase by front end team and PDI team. Full marks there. However, a bit Dissatisfied with aftersales response time.. . un-answered calls. Staff is likely highly overloaded and maybe too much pressure of new sales on them! Overall Happy till now.

Was an amazing experience riding the bike and staff was very kind and supportive. Both bikes are value for money. You can also buy bike accessories like helmet, jackets, riding gloves and gears at genuine prices. There is a waiting period of 7 to 10 months if you book your bike now.

They add fraudulent charges to the bill and dont respond to customer requests. They will only be interested till the time you make the payment for the bike. After that no query is responded. Be very careful if you plan to buy a jawa bike.

I loved booking and getting my machine there on time. Ankit, rahul are decent guys to deal with. Overall staff is good. Little disappointed with the bikes finish but that is tolerable if you got something you dream of. Got minor issue in my bike, went today and got the part replaced within 20 minutes. I’m very much disappointedI bought jawa classic on 1 oct 2019 , all payment clear in advance , till date i do not receive accessories even tool kit or medical kit is absent in new bike when departure , if call in jawa showroom mr Rohit (manager) loiter my words . Jawa has no management very poor

I bought Jawa bike from Phase1 Chandigarh, India on 5th Sep, 2021. I do not want to say like this however, I am really very disappointed with the Jawa Experience. I mean I spent around 2.75 lacs on this and at the end I am not getting that kind of feeling and Service.My bike condition is very bad. I am facing so many issues with my bike.1. Paint Issue(the color is fading day by bay)2. Nut bolts are having rust.3. Mileage is not completely coming as per the commitment by the representative of the Company.I would request Higher management to take action on this and help me out for all of my Concerns.Otherwise, I will take strictly action against this.Waiting for your acknowledgment and resolution on this.
