Very nice hotel as the staff is very friendly and coperative . I found this hotel very good. Rooms are too good and beautiful and the food is also affordable and tasty. Highly recommended this hotel for stay and for family... Love this place ❤️

I dont find rating less than 1 otherwise I would have given even less than 1. This is not at all a place to stay. Worst service ever I faced in my travel experience so far in past 10 years. The staffs here dont even no what is the meaning of respect. They were always rude. They dont even know how to talk politely. Do proper place for dining people have to sit in a floor where they kept a small table. Food quality was pathetic. No purified water provided for drinking. No free mineral water bottle also for rooms where normally I get 1 bottle water / room per night for complement. Here they have different rules. Cards not accepted they ask only cash. No GST bills provided only hand bill in that too hotel name not printed. Rooms were smelly. AC remote not kept in the room. Water speed toilet was not that good. To fill 20 litre bucket it takes 15 minutes. Toilets and cleanliness of hotel is very poor. No proper parking facilities available. Rooms were small. 10*10 size bed rooms. Very thin blankets provided. Beds were so hard not had proper sleep. I wont prefer not to go there just to ask price or to step in is also waste of your time.

Below avg. Type of hotel in Chandigarh. This is very close to railway station. The road leading to this place is narrow for to cars. The road is very busy and remain congested in day time. There is a market also just behind the hotels. The staff have no courtsey and manner to behave with customer. Rooms are new and good. However rude behavior of staff ruin all. At checkout they charged extra for food without any calculation. When i checked then they corrected.

This hotel is nice as far as sleeping is concerned. You dont ask for TV as setup box is not functioning remote not working.

Its an average hotel. Staff not professional.They charged an extra 500 for early check-in.There is a makeshift arrangement for a restaurant which is actually an office and courtesy of staff not good. Blankets and bedrolls are unhygienic.If you are looking for a economic hotel (800-1000rs) nearest to railway station you can give it a try..

A really bad hotel. Please avoid this at all costs. The receptionist (Mr Harjeet) gave us a hard time during our stay and made the entire stay unpleasant. Nothing great here... Book any other hotel in the vicinity but not this.
