I had been troubled by insecurities, fears and nagging thoughts and I was finding it very hard to deal with it. I found Chrysalys through a google search and decided to give it a try. Nisha has been an extremely patient and empathetic listener and has helped me identify thought patterns that were at the root of my concerns and has helped me work on them. The cognitive behavior therapy techniques that she has taught me have been very valuable lessons for me and I hope to apply them throughout my life.I wouldnt say that I am completely free of all issues, but I definitely have come quite far in just a few sessions and I am confident that I am on the way to be in greater control of my negative thinking.Highly recommended!
