Staff are politie. Facilities offered not upto the mark. Booked Cab from Chandigarh to Shimla and AC didnt work for 1 hr. But you will be charged for all amenities.

I got to know about Nanuan from google. I took a chance and preferred it over market players like Zoomcar, Revv, etc due to their competitive pricing. We had booked Tata Nexon for 8 days for Himachal tour from Chandigarh. It was great to see the booked car reaching on our doorstep on time. Car was neat, clean and in a very good condition and to add, fully loaded with all accessories.It was a great trip with no complaints related to car and the trip. They came on time for a pickup with and refunded the security amount completely back with no hidden charges.

I booked a car through MyChoize, which was a Mahindra XUV 500 in the previous month. We got a call from an employee 2 hours prior to the pickup time where he demanded Rs. 300 extra from the cost of delivery at your location so we denied and told the guy that we will pick up by our self. On reaching the pickup location, we presented all the required documents, which included 3 Government issued IDs, and the employee said that he was not able to verify our ID. We waited for 2 hours along with the car, and we asked the guy if everything was alright and he said you have to talk to a certain guy on call with him. The guy was super rude and said we wont give the car and cancelled the reservation, while having waited there for 2 hours patiently and talking nicely. When I said can I click a picture of your ID, the guy gave a wicked smiled and said Khinchlo aur jo karna hai karlo - Click the picture and do whatever you want. Such an unprofessional behavior in the service industry with such level arrogance, I will not recommend anyone renting a car from them. The name of the employee was Rohit Kumar, designation Accounts Executive, Employee ID - Ns/2018/037. When I said can I talk to your manager, the answer given was Manager chutti pe hai, kal ana complaint krne -The manager is on leave, come tomorrow and complain. This was the height of professionalism. I complained this matter to Mychoize too. Totally spoiled my trip with this experience.

We took the car from Amritsar. First day we did local Amritsar tour. Second day we travelled to Mcloadganj. Two days we spent at Mcloadganj. We did many small trips to Dharamsala-Ludhiana-Gurgaon- and Norbulinka with tour of Dalai Lama Monestry. Fourth day we spent at Sidhbari. Early morning we had to travel to Ludhiana.Finally at 8.30 pm we bid adieu to our driver DILIP with sweet memories of our trip.

I took a 4N/5D package to kullu and manali. Very good driving and service. Drivers will not disturb us. Theyll handle stay and food thrmselves wherever we go. I would have given 5 stars if they hadnt given a big fuaa about taking us to Rohtang. The driver was afraid to drive in Rohatang pass.
