Defence audit department. It audits finance of army,navy and airforce. There is a head of the north west command called PCDA. There is a CSD CANTEEN where defence personnels as well as CIVILIAN NON ARMY staff can also purchase items. Lift facilities available both for staff and officers. Peons, clerks, aiditors, sr auditors, AAO, SAO, ACDA , Dy.CDA, JCDA, Add.CDA, PCDA is the hierarchy here. This is close to PUNJAB POLICE HQ and CHANDIGARH POLICE HQ.

Canteen for tea, breakfast and lunch at 3rd floor and CSD canteen at ground is also here.
