No fan. AC not working. Suffocating and uncomfortable. Half the items Not available. Staff says as floor space has reduced after renovation therefore lot of items have been discontinued. Basic items in grocery Not available. Even eggs not available. Not worth visiting special ly in summers.

Fresh food is available almost all through the day. In the mornings, it is always fresh. They can keep more experienced people in counter as checkout take more time and this might be one big draw back for the shop.

Its a small supermarket. You can buy daily needs from here. Prices are reasonable. You get a little discount on almost everything you buy. They have membership scheme too. Staff is helpful. Sometimes it gets a little too crowded.

Nice place to buy daily need goods. Have visited this place several times and was able to shop easily the required product. I think this store is better than other similar stores in town.

Good collection. However, there are some essential items missing. It would be much better if they make items of similar utility club in a category and make them all available. For example, they have broomsticks and floorwipes, but dont have mops which is a very important item of the same category.

Compared to all the smaller convenient stores,Reliance Fresh certainly has a much better idea of what a supermarket store is supposed to look like....BUT still far off from the regular supermarkets Im accustomed to seeing back home in South Africa. India has been blessed by the Reliance brand,so why not give the people of India , a genuine taste of proper supermarket experience?! Im not 100% sure if this particular supermarket is directly associated with the well acclaimed Reliance brand ??? But if it is,then the team responsible for heading up this division,need to do some proper market related research to provide the public of India a genuine supermarket experience. Super markets in general in South Africa,are well organized and market driven...the isles are adequately stocked with relevant products and strategically managed to provide the best shopping experience and low affordable pricing to the general public (take some tips from well known family stores like Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Checkers,Game,Shoprite...that are situated nationwide throughout South Africa) Give the local Indians (and visitors) a genuine shopping experience at well structured stores,and most importantly keep up the well reputable brand name of Reliance...!!

Everything for daily need is available and almost everything is on discount. The place is always crowded. They have a really helpfull staff. Facility of washroom is also available.

Good place for grocery shopping. I like to buy fruits here but the quality of fruits is deteriorating day by day. Fruits from the street vendors is difficult task for me and I find it very convenient to buy the fruits from Reliance. But if the quality isnt maintained by them who would like to buy that from them.

They do have almost all the required stuff for your day-to-day life. Also Ive seen that theyre much more organised then other supermarts in mohali.

Been here lots of time out of compulsion and the experience is always the same,there is either no one at the cash counter or just one or two who works at a snails pace. Avoid this place unless you are in a VERY GOOD MOOD with lots of FREE TIME to STAND at the cash counter or to go looking for someone to attend to your payment.After you pay your bills they will make sure to make you feel that they have done you a favor by attendind to your payment.

Quite big store with much variety of daily needs

Not a very good experience. stood in line 0630 pm for entry but to abandon the ideA as the the guards kepton telling your number will not come. But found that many people standing behind me e eventually got entry

Good.My suggestion is to add a billing counter or two. It too crowded during weekends. Had to wait about 30-40 minutes just to getting few items billed. Or alteat they could allocate a counter for quick billing for ones with few items. Otherwise great!

One of the Best store in da Mohali. I always like to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables from this store. Always fresh fruit available and all the items available here are of very good quality and can be purchased on reasonable price from the local market.

Food is available but no one knows how to form line and pay. Cashiers dont care who is first and standing in front of them. Working employees needs work and customer satisfaction orientations.

This store has very limited variety. Only useful for purchasing fruits and vegetables that too of low quality with high rates. Cleanliness is also an issue here and staff is lazy. Overall a totally messed up store.

I do not like to go there for shopping. Huge rush is big problem, have to be in queue for a long. good place for grocery and daily needs. smell is quite not good. Parking is not a problem though.

Worst reliance fresh u dont any fresh fruits or vegetables here ..

So many formelties.. It was good 3 months back.. Now u have to go 2 counters for buying.. Too long queue, only 1 person is there to do weight. Billing counter only 2 working.. We have to wait 20 to 30 mins to get billed.

I like Reliance Fresh. You get all the stuff there. Prices are better. Plenty of deals too.

I traveled 5 kms for a box of strawberries , boxes were nicely placrd in the rack but when i opened the box, each piece was effected with fungi, whole showroom was very untidy and unhygienic

Reliance fresh is clean and goods are in systematic way according to other stores but after so many billing counters every time only one or two are operating. Overall its good experience giving 3.5 rating.

Now they improve staff count.. having all daily uses propduct.. can few item of patanjali also,reliance having own brands in many c ateogry.this is big brand still they. dont have perfume ..quite sounds funny..even have limited cosmetic options..

Well this more like regular reliance fresh around the city. If you reach their early in the morning say around 9.30,you still see vegtables and fruits being stocked up and prices are not yet updated for the day. Also floor cleaning is still on. I wonder the stores ipening time is 7am in the morning and why till 9.30am store is not ready for the customers. Moreover the store seems congusted especially the fruits and vegetable area.. Trollys keep stucking into each other, even 2 teollys can not pass parllel, it is that narrow. Prices of fruits too seem high that locl fruit market, considering the quality of fruit they offer is not par with the price.

Thsy got nothing. Everything is out of stock.
