I am compelled to write a feedback for this unprofessional staff and their pathetic services since they ruined one of my best friends wedding and reception album and videos, to the point the groom and bride family kept requesting them to provide the pictures/videos even after 8 months of the wedding only to receive one of the worst products I have seen from supposedly a wedding photographer.And I havent even mentioned Nainas (the owner) rude condescending, obnoxiously irritating and unapologetic behaviour to the whole situation.One more thing, I was shocked to see a good rating for their services when about to write this feedback. But it didnt take me long to understand that most of the reviews are their fake followers/own staff.My advice.. Stay away from their so called services and definitely stay away from Nainas arrogance!
Very rude and unprofessional attitude..Don’t waste your hard earned money on them.. i will not recommend at all.. we regret for hiring them..as their were so good and very humble options like tejees, Roshan’s..
My experience with safarsaga was very unpleasant…Even after frequent reminder there was a delay of 7 months in getting the albums and portraits. That too she denied giving until we make the balance 10% payment. And was not ready to take it on the same day she gives the albums.Our wedding albums were sent via a random cab driver and we got a call to collect them and also pay the fare (Rs.199) to the driver, which I feels was highly unprofessional. Same was repeated at the delivery of our hard drive.When asked about the delay in giving edited pictures she said it was never promised and was a favour.I would not recommend them at all. Not worth the hype!!
