Absolutely unprofessional in their approach and treat the customers as fools. Despite booking their services in advance and confirmed by them, they never turn up on the schedule time and date and donot even show the courtesy to inform u well in advance. Repeatedly, they keep lying about their arrival and make the customers wait. Its sickening to note that such people are still in business. Any one having alternative should never contact them for their services. Absolutely worthless.

Best alternative if you dont have time for your pet (that is sad I know).

Horrible experience.. My girl dog delivered the puppies and i called them for a convenient service but they have done a horrible job..Without understanding the breed they used zero machine on my girl and left a bunch of hair on her face..She is looking horrible and feelings ashemed..You guys need to understand the breed before you attempt a hair cut..Never recommended to anyoneHave a look at the horrible work they have done 😭😭

Plzzz dont ignore this review if u really care for your pet. Pet vanity is the worst service I have ever come across. The y Dont even know how to treat a pet when your pet is scared to death. I recently took a service from pet vanity for my persian cat. They were so unprofessional and Dont know how to handle a pet . The way they handle your pet is such a horrible thing to watch..they dont even care to calm a little if the pet is scared or crying alot...they dont even use the professional tools . They used the vacuum dryer for a cat...even a child can tell that this is not the rite thing to use specially for small pets...they dont even care of if ur pet is falling again n again from the table to the floor n getting hurt they just simply try to finish their work

If a company claims to serve across tricty then they should be waiting for minimum appointments in the area where they get call from. Now if they wont have any appointment from sector 20 panchkula, they will keep u waiting till that day when they get minimum nos ...I mean Wow...Now we should leave our own work and get them appointments so that we can get lucky.

An excellent facility! Thank you pet vanity! I think you need to publicise this service more. I got my beagles groomed. The boys were v gentle and I was surprised to see my dogs allowing them to trim their nails which is a Herculean task for me as they fuss so much! Both Mars & Venus were looking good & smelling good! I was concerned if it would b clean but the van was spotless. Keep it up young ppl. Well done!

Horrible experience..totally unprofessional..they are not trained at all..my dog was bleeding after the service..the owner is not responding..avoid this company at any cost..all of u can see the pics attached…

Professional and quick staff that came to us, even in the rain. Our puppy was very soft and smelled good afterwards.

I used their services for the first time for my cat. I dont hold a very positive feedback. The guys are incapable of handling cats. We stayed near the van for sometime then they requested us to go and I think that was our mistake. They returned our cat with a bleeding nail and mild bruises all over his body which resembled like the trimmer has been pressed too hard to the skin.The men complained about our cat scratching and biting them . This in first place is a clear indication that they are incapable. Since cats are different from dogs. They need careful clipping of nails before haircut. And this is not the first time hes had a haircut so we know how it should be.Though he has started he heal now since its two days.I cant say about dogs but for sure incapable for cats.

A thorough professional group of groomers, very punctual and amazingly nice with my pet .A good 30 minutes oil massage and grooming in a hygienic enclosure were the highlights of our experience. A truly value for money and highly recommended

They know their job well, but need to be courteous. Humility was missing.

Horrible services. They don’t know how to cut dog’s hair. They just randomly used the razor machine in whatever direction he felt . Spoiled all his haircut. Plus they use some low quality shampoo and didn’t use any conditioner which made his skin and hair dry and dull and was full of knots. I have never seen anyone doing such horrible services

I would like to give an honest feedback.This is one of the terrible spa services in Chandigarh.1.After the wash my dog is suffering from dandruff issues.2.They just spent hardly 15 mins to give him a bath whereas the other spa’s usually take 40-45 mins easily .3.Idk how, but after his spa,my dog is suffering from some severe skin problems.This was one of the worst experience.I won’t recommend Petvanity to anyone.

Worst experience. The groomer doesn’t have the sense to deal with a dog. Very harsh with dogs.The driver also is doing part of grooming so totally unprofessional. If you ever got indulged in any other on wheels service you would feel there work lacks quality..Won’t recommend to anyone.

This is a great initiative but when I called them for my two dogs yesterday there were two things that were disappointing1. After my 10 month old Shihtzu had been given a bath, he was left in the tub crying, while the groomer was busy on his phone. Its scary as it is for the pup to be around new people, and although they say you can be near the dog they discourage it when they come and shut the van door so you have no idea whats going on.2. They tied a blue ribbon around the dogs neck and when they left they threw there ribbon in the drive. If they dont have a dustbin in the van they could have asked us to discard the ribbon.These two aspects were disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken as a means of improving services.
