Such institutes dont focus on quality of teachers, rather they hire people who desire less salary. I have taught in many of such institutes and they dont prioritize a person who has cleared ssc 3 times. They are only concerned about the salary paid to teachers. I am working in income tax department now but they were interested in teachers who demand less salary irrespective of their caliber
