Hospital is good and provides good care for new born also the doctors and nursing staff is well experienced but they will charge huge for mask and gloves for their own from the pocket of patient, I think this is not fair and its a type of loot.Providing mask and gloves (safety consumables) for hospital staff and Doctor is the duty of hospital not the patient.Is it fair to take the money for mask And gloves for Doctor,nursing staff and house keeping???Attaching the photographs of safety consumablesToo wrong, we paying the fee of Doctor and these type of charges are not good.

Have been visiting this hospital for quite a long time now and everytime wait time to see the doctor is irritating. No proper procedure to call patients and nobody gets to know when is his/her turn and how many patients are ahead in line. Space is limited according to patients visiting this hospital and seating area gets crowded with no surety to get a place to sit also. Have to wait for hours even after prior online appointment. Reputation of the hospital is good but something should be done to eliminate useless waiting period issues. This is an exclusive hospital for maternity care and with such a long waiting period, purpose is defeated.

The services which we received from Dr.Seema is excellent. She always guide us to the right direction and provide us excellent services.Overall hospital infrastructure and facilities are really good.Lots of parking spaces available front of the hospital.

Dear expecting mothers and other women,I want to share my experience with cloudnine. Do read if you are visiting or taking video consultations with the hospital.There was an emergency and I had to consult a doctor for the same. Also I had back to back meetings that day so I couldnt go to the hospital and decided to take video consultation with doctor Shanujeet kaur in cloudnine Chandigarh.I booked the appointment and paid Rs. 850 for the same. Got myself an appointment fixed at 4pm. Although there were slots open for 4:20pm, 4:40pm and so on but I had meetings so 4pm was good for me.Please note that the online consultations were available in every 20 minutes.So when my appointment time came, I joined the video call on time and the doctor was not there. I waited for 15 minutes and then called the support team. They told me that doctor is with the previous patient from video consultation and you stay on video call she will join shortly. I again called at 4:30, 4:50 and the support told me the same thing everytime that the doctor is with previous patient and she will join shortly.Because I had meeting at 5pm, I joined my work meeting and gave my phone to my sister and asked her to talk to doctor about my emergency if she joins.Then my meeting got over at 5:30 but doctor didnt join and I lost any hope that she will join at all.I called the support at 5:45 pm and this time they told me that doctor is in an emergency.Now few things I am not able to understand.If doctor spends more than 1.30 hours with one video consultation then how come hospital has opened appointments in every 20 minutes.When I asked them this question, they told me that some patients asks a lot of questions.I mean really ? A lot which is going on for more than 1 and a half hour.Then I called the team at 7:45 and this time I was angry because my whole day got wasted. I could have visited a nearby doctor and could have come back earlier than this.I asked them to connect me with higher authorities but they asked me to wait and later hung up the call and this happened 3 times.After that next day I again called and asked them about my money. They told me they will get back but I didnt hear a word from them.This kept on going for many days and then 7 days back they told me that they have initiated my money refund and it will reach me within 2-3 days.But when it didnt, I again called them and asked for my money.The worst part is, I need to explain my case to each support everytime I call. They dont have any ticket or log for complaints (maybe because they dont respond to complaints at all). This time support team told me that it has not yet cancelled and they will talk to management tomorrow and get back to me.So basically one person from support team told me that its initiated and my money will reach me in few days and then after seven days another support member is telling me that the appointment is not yet cancelled and they will get back to me tomorrow. Heights of confusion.Dear mothers and others who are visiting this hospital. I hope all goes well with you. Because if anything goes wrong, then cloudnine team is not bothered to solve your problem. Be cautious.Its not about 850 bucks, its about the time and money I have spent to follow up with them.Share this post and help many others who are going to cloudnine.Also, if you need recordings of my conversation with the support team, do let me know. I couldnt attach the recordings but I can share if you need it as a proof.

It was really a wonderful experience delivering my baby at Cloud Nine. I had heard a lot about Dr. Seema Sharma and whatever was said about her, it was more than that. A good hospital but my experience with physiotherapist harshneet Kaur is very bad.All she know is manipulating and convincing patients..A lady with zero professional courstesy(atleast Drs ko you faltu fundey mat batao)...So i was having chronic pelvic pain and unfortunately I consulted her on 12th december 2020..on the very first meet she would speak HiFi things like modern medical science Mei blocks kub Tak logey and North India Mei physio ke Hal kharab hai, pain ko daba rahey hai useyy upar aney de,spine is not taking equal weight and all hypothetical theories ...she knows very well how to convince a patient (a patient in severe pain is the easiest target of all)..what she need is 10-12 patients for 3-5 months and Bunn gya per month 1lakh ek SE ...Her. Charges are super high ...around 90000 RS per month.....she would say ki 15 din Mei effect AA jaega and then again it would go away ...then again after few session u would start feeling better ....in short I would need 6 months....basically what she does is that she buys time for herself...most of the pains settles down by themselves in few weeks times...I have worked in max medanta and many other hospitals but have not seen any one charging 3000 for 40 minutes....secondly she does osteopathy or physiothery or what God knows but yes she is a better councellor then physio .......you have pain in pelvis and she would be doing therapy of spine.....disgusting that such good and reputed hospitals are promoting such therapies. just because she is giving huge turnover...Yes she can cure any thing in this world lol yes any thing you name the disease and she has the cure....same explaination to every one as you can hear her talking to patients while you are lying for therapy...spine load Ni le ri...and all faltu fundey...pathetic and disgusting.....I laugh on myself that I fall prey to such thugs and their nonsense theories...well she made almost 3.5 lacs from me with zero results...then. Delivered my 2nd baby in Cloud nine chandigarh under the supervision of Dr Seema Sharma and team. Had an amazing experience right from the consultation till delivery and now I am also consulting pediatrician from there only. I had a csec delivery because of my previous csec delivery and I felt my recovery was much better then my previous delivery. Will highly recommend cloud nine chandigarh to all.

Very bad services, book appointment for follicular study in cloudnine chandigarh, their recpation and scan department not even bother to informa the patient that doctor is not avaiable, and i book appointment for 6:30 pm , but Mr Navjeet singh, he is always coming last evey time m wait atleat 40 to 45 mints and their recption and scan dept is just blaming to each other in fornt of me (its recption responsibility to inform or its scan dept resposibility to inform). very very pathetic service, m not going to suggest any one for cloud nine for their pathetic service.

Highly mismanaged hospital. They can take Rs 780 for covid vaccine but can not put a Re 1 paper saying that vaccination billing will be done on 2nd floor. I saw many others who wasted 20 min in line on ground floor just to know that they have to go to 2nd floor. Also biller Balwinder is fast but the other lady is trainee and take too much time in file processing. At least have some training done on weekend so that people are not kept waiting.

They have great doctors who care about patients and are available even on phone Dr.Ritambra, Dr.Sudhanshu. Great nurses and service structure.Only thing lacking is administration. Very unorganised from admission to billing. Need to train reception staff also, they should not think they can ask patients to pay anything.Overall recommended

Cloudnine is the best pregnancy and baby delivery hospital in chandigarh. In fact every aspect of the hospital is good.Cleanliness, doctors, nursing staff and food is awesome. The location of hospital is also good.The only single area of improvement is to hire 2-3 radiologists to reduce the waiting time for ultrasound scans. The current radiologist Dr Deepshikha is brilliant but she can handle only 1 person at a time which can be irritating for some people.Rest all is good

And I will make sure to highlight the matter in the Media as we belongs to Media. This hospital has looted all my emotions and money . My Endless cries will not go for waste. Very Bad Experience, Not all staff is cooperative but only few.No Admin facility came for review!I was called on 6th August 2021 in the morning for admission with empty stomach and I had to go under a surgery but admitted at night 7:45 PM after full day torture by Pristyn Care and Cloud Nine and discharge on next day and this was also a torturing day. These both parties were not listening to me and only tried to make me fool that client should not go.Some incidents which are related to cloud nine:Nurse: on 7th August, I pressed the bell to call nurse/sister many times but no nurse came. And when I asked her in the evening and she said that she made a favor to me to get my surgerys dressing in the morning. What an excuse!Nurse was also not giving me all the medicine because one medicine was not in their pharmacy.Now, Dressing person was also not following the doctors instructions properly.And a lot of more.... Overall dont fall in the trap of pristyne care and Cloud nine.

I am really short of words and cant really thank enough Monika maam who was always there in all ups and downs of my pregnancy. Her motivation just kept me focused for normal delivery which we succeeded in the end. It has been an absolutely comfortable experience. We didnt have to worry much, even they helped in relaxing us whenever concerns came, which eventually happens if its your first pregnancy.Big thanks to Dr. Seema Sharma for taking care of us. Hi, I was under observation of Dr.Pragya Goel Mam. My pregnancy was high risk pregnancy and nobody in ambala and Chandigarh took our case in 2-3rd trimester. But as we came to Dr.Pragya Goel mam, she gave us confidence and handled our case carefully and seriously. She was very polite, humble and down to earth that We never hesitate to call her anytime during pregnancy. She is taking pain and regular follow up of her patient even after working hours time. I was not having child since 5 years of marriage and this child is very precious to me. I would say it’s worst hospital….no patient care.. recently I was admitted in July and experienced a lot of difficulties.. no one cares whether u r shouting with pain.. this hospital is running only because of consultants.. nursing staff of govt hospital is much better than nursing staff of cloud 9… totally wastage of money and I faced a lot of harassment here… Bedi hospital is far better than this hospital.. my daughter was born there at Bedi hospital.. and my 2 nd child born here at cloud9.. I would recommend Bedi hospital ..

Extremely well equipped hospital for its speciality. Has a team of extremely skilled doctors in tandem with a nursing staff that make the pateint as comfortable as possible.Even the billing team was very professional and helped in getting all the insurance related paperwork sorted very quickly

Okay guys! This is going to be a little bit of a long post so just bear with me, with the blessings of Waheguru Ji, I delivered a healthy baby this Saturday 17th July, and I’m so beyond happy and thankful. But this post is about how a person can have such an positive impact on your life and change it for good. When we started trying to conceive, I met with my previous Dr, whose name I wouldn’t mention, but she made me believe how everything was wrong with me and how I had so many issues. I went into depression and lost so much confidence in myself and my body. But then somehow one fine day, I met with Dr Seema, and my days changed for good. When I showed her my tests, she smiled and told me that I was so healthy to conceive, that she wouldn’t suggest anything but a natural conception, she understood that I was anxious and depressed and only asked me to do one thing, that is give ourselves 3 months of happy and non stressful days and she assured me that I would come back with a positive test. And then I thought, okay if she sees something in me, that I can’t see in myself, I need to just trust her, and guess what within two months, me and my husband went back with a positive test. It will always be the most surreal day of my life. I don’t have enough words to express how beautifull a person she is. She is god sent and god doesn’t make people like her anymore. Thank you Dr Seema, I’ll be forever debted to you for my life. You made me believe in goodness of people, and gave me the reassurance of how there are wonderful people like you, who still exist and fill so much happiness in other peoples life. Each time, I walked into your room, your smile would ease me and Comfort me to an extend that I enjoyed my pregnancy so much and I have to admit that I already miss it. 🥰♥️Also what a beautiful pregnancy journey I’ve had due to some of the extraordinary people like Dr Prabhneet and also dr Deepshikha, who scanned me and I always came out with a huge smile on my face from the scan room. Her positive attitude resolved all my worries. The journey of last trimester was a smooth sail. She is known for normal delivery and handles all queries with patience. The staff is courteous. Before saying that she is an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell all of you that she is an extraordinary human being for showing me so much of care and concern. Her abilities are truly unmatched. This was my first pregnancy and like all women I wanted attention,clarification for all my doubts,tensions and anxieties. I was extremely impressed with not only the treatment & advice received,but her caring,compassionate and approachable manner which could never see in any other doctor. I had a very much safe delivery to which she attended with utmost care and helped with all informative details with the healing process. Hello Everyone! I had my normal delivery on 9th of June. I wanna Thanks Dr @⁨Dr.Seema Cloud9⁩ and the entire staff who were there on the 4th floor on 9th June. They all really cooperated and motivated me in my entire process and they were there with me whole day...helped me to do exercise...and performing other minimal task. Thanks alot to the entire team for such a great contribution and efforts who made this normal delivery possible 🙏🏻 one more thing I want to encourage everyone is whoever opt for cesarean just bcz they dont want to bear those labour pain....can go for epidural and can have their normal delivery done. Even I opted for epidural and there is no harm as such and make your normal delivery easy. Post delivery normal delivery recovery is faster as compared to cesarean. Thank you once again🙏🏻😊

Her expertise in foetal scans is commendable.I had the chance of having personal consultations with the two senior anaesthetic doctors, Dr. Gurudutt and Dr. Ashutosh. Both of them patiently guided me about my case and were extremely vigilant and caring during delivery.Dr. Sudhanshu (my babys paediatrician) is again extremely knowledgeable and patient. He perfectly understands how doubtful and nervous new parents can be, thus is able to handle not only kids but their parents as well.The nursing staff here is polite, helpful and very encouraging. They are available 24*7 and guide new moms about handling the baby and lactation.I would surely recommend cloudnine to all expectant moms out there.

I want to give this rating to Doctor Monica.DR Monica is the best doctor in the tricity, she has been a godsend for our family. Every step of the way during my wifes pregnancy she was available with her advice, guidance and counselling. She made her nine-month journey a lot better, she was always available on call and whatsapp and always treated like a big sister. Today my wife is safe because of dr. Monica as shehandled complicated delivery very smartly. At the time of delivery,she went to the need of operation but kept trying till the last time and got normal delivery done. Before meeting doctor Kanchi we have consulted many doctors but we haven’t found anyone that much professional. She is very patient, competent and cordial doctor. Super pathetic experience. No medical staff available on sunday. Height of negligence of doctor and cloud nine team chandigarh. Would never recommend anybody to visit again. It is a more of a hotel than a medical clinic.
