Worst company to start career with. I will not recommend any one to this Company. No Professional and Financial Growth possible with it. Earlier this company management was nice. But after they left the company now upper managements are always used to play politics and think employers as slave or robots. Workload is much higher than the pay scale in this company.

This company is not good at all. When I got hired they didnt disclose that I was hiring as consultant not in company payroll. My offer Letter was not given . When dropped several skype to HR and emailed him he never replied. When I went they asked me to resign and so called non Polite HR asked to give resignation on white paper. Also asked to show what has been written for the reason to leave. No pay slips given, same day when u went to collect offer letter I was asked to leave.No Polite HR.No helpful ManagerNo help for the FresherNo friendly Atmosphere.I still have emails proof send to HR but never get revert. N professionalism. I worked for just 4 months every month TDS deduct as i was consultant. Keep Employees on Dark.Let me know if need proof. I have all emails send to the HR and he never replied.During the Lockdown they cut the salaries without any reason. My role was to bring leads and I did that but later they stated asking for the revenue which was directly related to Project Manager decision.# Expose # KindlebitAll misbehave with you. Your own bad experiences. You got humiliate start putting now with proof. Everyone chasing for the Pay slips, For Experience letters for Full and Final. Start sharing.

Ive spent close to $10,000 on 2 projects with Kindlebit that were initiated at the same time and were supposed to be done concurrently. Project 1 was grossly over billedresulting to triple the agreed upon amount, timelines were not taken into consideration and delayments were more than frequent. After 6 months, thats when I get notified that they are enquiring on how to begin on Project 2, whereas, I had already given out the project scope. The quality of development and coding standards were very poor. I opted to cancel both projects resulting to it being a major WASTE OF MY INVESTEMENT. I SUGGEST AVOID THIS AGENCY.

Had a really bad experience with this company. Didnt have a good working environment. no matter how hard working you are manager, is always frustrated and yelling at you i really suggest you not to go with this company.

We had a really bad experience with this company, after they took the project on we were assigned a really good PM but with out any notice the person we worked on was no longer there, some other guy was assigned after a lot of wait, but he harmed our project more than he did any good, so had to pull ourselves out of the mess and start the whole process, anew, Disappointing Experience overall!

I started as a fresher (Android Developer in Mobile Department) at the company and it was a great experience working there.
