Disaster to my hair!The first time I went there for hair color they did it really good so I went again. I wanted only mild Highlights, but they used really strong chemical and turned my hair completely white and then to cover up used hair color to darken it, which really damaged my hair. It looks like black and white patches without any gradual transformation. Im very disappointed especially after having good experience once.

I went there for my pre-bridal. The female staff is polite and efficient but they are extremely slow. The male staff member who does the pedicure was very rude and didnt even complete my pedicure properly. The owner is sweet and the ambience of the salon is nice.

This is a very nice place. A friend of mine wanted to have this haircut she found via Google and she has almost boycut hair. We went to many famous branded salons and they refused to do it but when we went to this place the lady first of all was very polite and also they made her hair look exactly like she wanted them and also the prices were also not very high

Although the makeup was okay but still giving one star because the staff is extremely slow, they waste the precious time of customers. i went to get the party makeup done for two consecutive days and both the days they had kept me waiting for atleast an hour, it was not saturday or sunday that they had many customers, i went to get it on monday and wednesday but the staff is slow and even if you ask them multiple times to make it fast, but they still work on their own speed, they dont value the time of their customers. i got late for both the parties bcoz of them doing makeup in 3hrs. they also did not apply any nailpaint and no saree draping in that 3hr duration. extremely disappointed with the service.

All services were below average. They dont care about what customer is asking again and again. They just go with their poor services and waste your money.At the start, somebody at the reception will give you a package at a specific price and confirms that the staff is available to serve you. However, when they start, they make you wait for 30-45mins before and after a hair cut. They make you wait for long while attend & serve other new customers, once you are in between the services.At the end, somebody else (I guess owner) will come at reception and tell you that other person didnt know the prices and the actual price that need to be paid is more than what was told earlier. This is even after knowing that the services were not upto the mark.At the end, I felt I paid 750 bucks for a men normal haircut.BRAND MATTERS

I had a really bad experience of one of the services they offer.Felt like I am in a sarkari Ration depot where I went for my requirement only.They do not care for your time.I would advise to go only if you have at least 2 hours for a haircut.

Absolutely amazing beauty salon. As I am from England I find it extremely hard to be comfortable in finding the ideal place for a haircut. I was referred to this place after hearing some good reviews and wow can I just say I was blown away by the amazing reception, the serene environment, the charming qualities of their staff and ofcourse the impeccable quality of their service. I had many styles of haircut I could choose from all done by a professional hair stylist who can I just say has a brilliantly sensitive touch, honestly it feels so great to come to India and know I have a beauty salon that I can always go to for me to recieve the much needed pampering for my time here.
