On arrival Room was not clean, TV was not working, AC was not cooling. Cupboard was filled with a blanket and dirty. Cleaning was done on demand, they didnt had a better room available. I had already paid whole amount thats why I was forced to spend on night.In the morning when I woke up, I found room filled with water which was coming from AC. I complained twice, a sorry face was made but no action was taken. I accepted the behaviour and left hotel soonest possible. Never ever recommended to stay here. The image below is after one hour of switching off the AC and room got dried a bit due to summer.

AC was not working properly after 11 pm. Also food service was not good. After order they took 1 hour 30 minutes to provide dinner and breakfast. But It have good rooms and TV for entertainment. And I would like to give 2 and half star for your services.

The hotel staff stole my phone charger...And one more importent think is that fistly i book a room from Goibibo then they said that we are not accepting online payment and cancel this booking ..but the fact is they charges from both the sites OYO and GOIBIBO and i can pay 2 time for a single room ...thats why i have a very bad experiance ..If they cant accept the online payment they why they show on online site ..I also cantact with goibibo and tell they to back my refund other wise i compelete it and also share my view on sosial media ...

Receptionist wasnt cooperative at all. I HV booked hotel 20 days ago @1300 ,when I enter into hotel he said that these booking charges are too less, nd said hell talk to oyo nd ask them to hike it. I was getting 16% off for online payment of it, then he said dont do it online well reject ur booking.

We were not happy with cleanliness of the room. The adjacent rooms were separated by wood and not by proper wall. So there was disturbance from the adjacent rooms when they switched on television.

The hotel provided us the most crowded room with no windows and ventilation at all....better rooms were avaliavaa. Even after paying 2000 bucks per day. Food was average.

Wash room was no running water. Water pressure. In water 201. Fan was making. Noise. Guest felling. Like fan will fall.

I will give 3.5 stars because according the situation it was a nice room though not clean, room freshener was missing, there was no soap or any necessity in the washroom.

I found the rooms not clean and up to the mark. The Hotel needs to get pest control done. We got 1 centipede. The AC was not functioning well and we had looked into other rooms in the Hotel but all were of the same or worse type.

Rooms were clean ,helping staff, good quality of food... overall I enjoyed .. keep it up guys

Worst experience with this oyo 8622 grand Inn. I paid extra 500 Rs for checkin . Even manager was denying for checkin with oyo defined tariff. Very bad experience I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Worst experience. never book no pest control, rooms are not proper clean neither bath linen blankets etc. no cuisine only room service for food. only best thing is food quality and quantity.

Only good thing about this place is that its opposite to sector 17 bus stand. The condition of room was bad, one side of the rooms have layers coming off it. Staff seemed bored and uninterested. Too overpriced for what it offers.
