Terrible experience of having bought an Aprilia SXR 150 from this showroom. Bought the 2 wheeler on the condition that they would service the vehicle at my house which would be a chargeable service as I stay at a distance from Chandigarh. However, post the purchase they seldom respond to calls & are have refused to offer service & asking me to get the vehicle serviced outside at the cost of warranty. Terrible service & customer experience.

Great hospitality on my first visit but had to visit again within a week for Registration process and that was not such a pleasant experience. I hope they deliver what they promised on my first service.
