Pathetic Service!!!Tried calling on their contact numbers,no one responded.I had given them Urine Culture test..when report did come they showed Minor Bacterial growth whereas the normal Urine report was full of pus cells....Very doubtful report!!!!Will not recommend this lab at all..better go to any smaller lab.

No sense of responsibility in anybody. For a rapid antigen test they are taking 48 hours to give the results. Lying all the time, systems are down, the test takes more than 24 hours. I hope they suffer the same anxiety as one does when waiting for their test results.

Pathetic Service, one of my relative had given sample for covid test at sector 11, Chandigarh. At at that time they said report will be delivered in 48 hrs, but even after 5 days no report was shared. Tried checking with them but no one answers phone at Sector 11, Chandigarh. Customer care guys also kept on repeating same thing that your sample is under processing. Finally after waiting for 5 days we went at the Sector 11 centre itself & enquired about test report. over there instead of letting us know about the status of the report they simply told us to take refund.

Third class service.. No one ever bothers to pick up a call in this critical pandemic times. Surprised to know that this pathetic lab is authorised by ICMR. Have been calling on them since today morning but no response at all.. Is this the way people will get good health services with such heavy charges of testing?

Such a bad service. Booked home collection lab test. Person/technician dint arrive on the given time. I have been calling since morning and customer service people couldn’t trace that technician. That person’s number is switched off, he might have changed his number bt lab people doesn’t know his new number. Asked to send some other person to collect sample, they dint even do that. Asked to give me number of lab people to contact them, dint even share that. The landline numbers that are given on their sites, nobody is picking those numbers. Customer service people aren’t able to sort this issue. I won’t recommend SRL Diagnostics Chandigarh to anyone, better to consider other diagnostic labs.

Really poor service. Covid centre test set up in sector 10 where they have only one mode of payment i.e. cash and that too change!!The worst thing is these people are stappling currency!Very rude behaviour as well!
