Third class service.. No one ever bothers to pick up a call in this critical pandemic times. Surprised to know that this pathetic lab is authorised by ICMR. Have been calling on them since today morning but no response at all.. Is this the way people will get good health services with such heavy charges of testing?

I have gone through the Covid test , they gave reports after given time also I am asking them for bill still no response.

It has been more than 24 hours since my mother got tested for covid19, since report has not been given to us. The patient has been sick and suffering, we cant start treatment without the report, when the hell will they give report? When it will be too late?
