Very helpful staff I dont know why ratings are too low but they provided the solution to me properly and talked so politely too. I have visited hare twice and both time I got good service.

Please do not buy any of the Mi products. The after sales service is pathetic. I bought type C cable on 24.08.2021 and when I reached home checked it did not work properly. First I went to the sector 22 service centre they sent me here. This is the 26th of August 2021. Only second day and just to replace a cable this brand has already taken precious few hours of my life. The lady at the counter is super rude does not know how to talk to a customer. I will never ever buy any Mi product again because of these pathetic service personnel. Hugely disappointed.

They are having inexperienced staff. No commonly used spare parts are available. They asked me to leave my phone with them for min one week time and only then they will order spare part and part will come in one week. Pathetic service and they are charging exorbitantly high charges for repair and spare parts. MI need to check this otherwise they will lost so many customers due to bad services given by this service centre. Not recommended to visit this place.
Disgusting service attitude. Worst then a local roadside shop. No courtesy, manners and language skills. This service center should be boycotted!Completely authocratic approach towards customers . The senior personnel/owner and staff need to go through a customer centricity training program to meet the industry standards of service expectation and satisfaction index.They make you stand on the staircase waiting in sweltering heat. Basic norms of service etiquette missing. Rude disposition!!The guard is taught to keep the customer unapproachable to the reception desk, waiting outside in a narrow staircase leading to the main entrance. Nobody is willing to listen or understand the queries unless you raise your voice. High headed approach towards customers.They are simply just not interested, involved or invested in the customer. Pathetic display ofapathy! Shame on a brand store!! After allfranchisees dont learn to act like professionals.Really sad display of service behavior especially towards a women. Uncouth and uncivilizedattitude to the core! I have received a more humane treatment in a local road side stall than this!I highly recommend all to visit SCO 2471-72,Sector 22, Chandigarh, 160022, (above Federal Bank), company owned store of Mi to get a fair service treatment. I found the staff here very respectful, empathetic and efficient .

Appointment system and sunday closed is not good. All office members can aproch service center if it open on Sunday. Sunday holiday shoulbe on Monday so all service holder attend the service centre facilities.
Went there for note 5 pro. Staff was so rude that they are giving me an impression that they deal with 1000 customers daily. And that too in the situation of pandemic.They will just hand you over and wont bother to even say anything and assume customer to understand what they have in thier mind.Mi if you listening just do something about it or you will loose your more customers day by day due to your service.

No one listen to you properly. They all treats you unprofessionally. I bought product form mi and have bill they said its out of warranty period because activation date is out of period of warranty but bill I have is in warranty period and when I asked for warranty denied document they said system is not working. What a unprofessional way they treat.Every one sitting on desk doing work without mask.

Recently i visit service center & leave my redmi y3 model phone for display repairing. after repair estimate given to me they take it & dont repair it but worst think is replaced the ok battery with defective one.
You have to sit for hours and also the repair cost is way too much, 14k for a 22k phone(display and back glass), and if you send your phone for diagnose then they will break it even further.
