Good service, satisfied by work. But costly and got very disappointed by the reception staff. They dont even value for your money. Didnt even inform about the running discount scheme. Made me pay extra 2K. Bad experience. Also the discount voucher was kept hidden. Also could help but didnt.

A pretty okeyish salon & spa with unjustified prices on their average services. Ive availed their hair cutting, spa & facial services. Apart from clean environment & friendly staff, the service quality is quite average, esp. if one compares to the price that theyre paying. Salons location is also very convenient and theres usually waiting. hence, prior appointment is suggested.

Went there for the first time to get a haircut in my regular clothes that I usually wear when Im home. The staff treated me so badly and made assumptions about me from my way of dressing. The barber also didnt attend me properly and I left with an unsatisfied service.Better dress up nicely when you visit here for your next haircut.

Had a really bad experience with Muzammil, he had no clue on how to handle curly hair colors, he wanted to straighten my hair out before coloring ,and then while taking the knots out, he used a fine brush which pulled my hair a lot. Promised to do a strand test for color, but did not do it. And the hair color did not turn out like we discussed. Overall, a very bad experience with curly hair and they were not professional enough to admit that they couldnt handle curly hair.

The service is good as it has always been...However the deals they post are little deceptive...on Nearbuy app, On Thursday the deal was 500 less than that on friday..When I called headmasters, the executive convinced me not to buy the coupon from Nearbuy and pay the same deal price at the store...I didnt buy, but the next day the price on the Nearbuy app went up by 500...I complained about the same to the receptionist of headmasters, but they didnt agree that it could have happened saying that they never changed the price...Anyways, its just about the price....The products they use are of good quality

Booked an appointment. Called them to request a little later time. They refused outrightly. Then I told them Id come at 2 pm as confirmed in the morning. They told me theyd booked me in for 1 pm even though Id specifically requested 2 pm and got a confirmation from them in the morning. Never had such a terrible experience at a salon with such rude staff.

One of the worst salon experiences I had. Very unprofessional. First red-flag was the rude behavior of receptionist and then came the amateur hairstylist who literally done with my haircut in 10 minutes (including washing), and he didnt even conditioned my hair properly. Whenever I get haircut and blow-dry from different salons my hair looks so shiny and straight for at least a day but after taking services from headmasters my hair were so dry and didnt even received a good haircut!! My friend couldnt even find a difference of before and after!!Very rude and unprofessional staff!! Will never come back and never recommend anyone!!

Highly unprofessional place, no respect for customer’s time - had to wait for 50 min despite a prior appointment. Rude reception staff which is incapable of explaining services of a junior vs senior stylist. Customers and staff were roaming with either no mask or mask on the chin. Not a place to waste one’s time or risk health. It’s standard has seriously come down.

I had a horrible experience with Headmasters. Their party make-up services were not upto the expectations and were nowhere close to what they had committed. While it is a big brand in Chandigarh. They failed to deliver on the make up services. I would not recommend anybody to avail their services on big days.

I dont really write negative reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience regarding Headmasters Chandigarh. I bought a coupon from Nearbuy for a haircut with a senior stylist. The waiting time was short and the receptionists were helpful. However, my first experience with getting a service from this branch was a disappointing ordeal. The cut was nothing like I expected despite my insistence about my requirement. I was given a simply ridiculous cut within 10 min. The stylist was impatient edging towards rudeness. He was more interested in promoting other salon services than actually listening to what I wanted to convey. Thanks to the disregard of the stylist, Im left with a short mop of hair that I would have to tolerate till my hair grows back. Would like that the owner takes this review positively because I was a first time customer, who made the mistake of using a coupon for a ridiculously overpriced service.

Not at all satisfied with the quality of service provided. Got neckpain & backache as beard trimming and face cleanup, DTAN application done without the necksupport on chair. AC inside was not effective as i was sweating during haircut ,so a pedestal fan was provided when requested. My first and last visit. No further recommendations to visit this place please.

Visited headmasters for the first time and am left with the worst haircut. I had a good hair length and inspite of me clearly telling the hair dresser that the length is not to be reduced, he has chopped my hair like anything. On top of that its a bad hair cut. Either these ppl do not understand or do not care. They take the easy route and do what they want to do. Not visiting again, not recommending headmasters to anyone.

Okay so in 3 days i called twice to describe my problem of short hair and needing a haircut, when i reached their on time that i was told to come, they said its not possible today! When i told the reception that you gave me this time they said “you didnt mention you have short hair, i said “but i did! I even called a day before yesterday then she said okay you can wait and i just said its fine, and i left... I dont want to get my hair done at such unprofessional place, your staff is just ruining the brand name, get some better staff!

Headmasters does not honour the deals they list on NearbuyI bought a deal from Headmasters listed on Nearbuy after confirming its validity (by mentioning each of the service over call) from the salon. When I reached there at the appointed time, they refused to provide the services saying that they have disregarded the deal.Upon insistence, the receptionist said that she will allow an express version of each of the services in order to dissuade me from availing the services. When I said that such a thing was not mentioned on the app, she said that they inform the customers about the express service when they arrive at the salon.This clearly shows they have no regard for the customers time and effort. If this is the customer service they are offering, Im mighty surprised how theyve sustained their salon for such a long time.

I got a haircut last week and I regret it. They charged a hefty amount for the worst haircut I ever got. I am so upset. Now I have to tolerate this bad haircut till I grow my hair and get a proper cut.

Extremely disappointed with their haircut. Used a nearby coupon and seems like they cut down on their quality if you use a coupon. As promised a senior hairstylist had to provide a service but that person didnt seem to listen or care as to what you want. Getting layers done from any other salon has been a much better experience for me than headmasters. He gave me such an uneven haircut like he had no prior experience. Despite telling him my requirement, he cut my hair so short ! Surely this brand has deteriorated its reputation over time. Would never recommend anyone.

Absolutely rubbish service! Visited salon the first time to get a stylish haircut. My hair length was good enough to create something new or different. I specifically asked for senior stylist and didn’t mind paying extra for it. I clearly told him to create a different style. But he did a simple cut with awkward front bangs; reduced the length so much that I can’t even get it corrected. The stylist was more interested in selling hair treatments instead of doing the cut. Would never recommend to any newbie ever!To Owner: I got it done on October 5 at around 3:30pm. I don’t know the stylist name.

Ill be sharing my two experience with headmasters. First one was during December on my brothers wedding. So I went there for a party makeup. To be honest the makeup was less than average. I had booked headmasters for two functions but I got so disappointed that I never came the other day. I was expecting so much as this is the best salon in chandigarh. Second experience was few days back when I went for a hair colour. I specifically told them to please stick to the picture which Im showing. I dont want any changes. The person there convinced me that you dont worry maam, Im going to do the exact colour. But when the colour came up it was not at all the one I wanted. I will attach the picture of the colour I wanted and what he did. So I only went there two times and I was highly disappointed. My money got wasted twice. I dont think Ill be ever going there again.

My wife had a haircut and she had a very had experience at that , The hairstylist who claimed to be a senior one was nothing but an amateur and did a haircut which wasnt even satisfactory. The exorbitant prices charged doesnt justify the quality of these haircut .

I did a makeup,beauty,hair designing,hair dressing cousre from here. I enrolled in june 2020. I was comitted that the course will be for 4 months. But the coursd went on for 7 monthd without teaching. There was no one to teach hair and makeup at all. I requesed them to teach every day. I gave up eventually. I paid all fees but didnt recive any recipt . I asked for a certificate and they did not reply for 3 months. Finally i hired a lawyer. When my lawyer called them they called me the very next day and issued the certificate.Its a very bad academy. Dont enroll there. There couselling is very good and everthing else is horrible. Very rude owners. Staff did not have any answers. I have suffered a lot due to them. Staying away from home to do a course and they just took the fee and did not teach anything. They dont have any makeup teacher.Worst academy in chandigarh. Kindly dont waste your time and money.

This salon is a total waste. My teenage daughter went with me for a hair cut with layers . But the hairdresser mercilessly cut her hair so small that I cant help now...He didnt cut it He just trimmed with a machine withing no time. He is a very arrogant man n didnt even wait for my opinion... My child is in a shock as we are going hometown after one n half year due to the pandemic. They charged 1200/ for it... I m really feeling helpless n typing this at 3am early morning after consoling n making my daughter sleep.

Recently i visit headmaster chandigarh sec-8 C on 23/3/2021. I was there for colouring my hairs but after whole session i didnt noticed the roots of my hairs which are still same they are not coloured properly, i am really disappointed from your service 😏

I joined the makeup academy last year. Gave 60K. They promised to give the certificate for that course. The promise was given by Miss Chandini. Its been more than a year they dont even bother to call or contact and when i call them no one pick up the call. They are just here to make money. My whole batch did not get any certificate lol and now they just shutdown the academy. I request everyone to be safe from them🙏Do not waste your money here and yes in the end the attitude of miss chandini is beyond rude 👏🏻. Literally you guys hats off

Visited them last week, they have changed the showroom they were earlier operating in and standard of service is so much reduced. Two stars for the old staff working here which is experienced. Overall, they should close and escalate renovations first then start operating.

I took an appointment nearly 1 day back. However I had to delay the appointment by some time which I called and informed to meetakshi. I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes and there was no assurance at all on when they are going to start my blow dry. Completely unprofessional. And the wat your receptionist talks is completely unacceptable. She has no professionalism at all.

Even though the setup and the place is quite nice, I feel like the quality of mens haircut has reduced a little. I could notice the decrease in quality with every visit of mine. I havent been satisfied with the finishing and finesse of my hair cuts recently. Hoping it gets better..

Worst experience. Visited for chopped layers haircut. And with good length . The person there cutted my hairs to real short length and even after that said no I can not do chopped layers cut with your hairs. The salon is part of one of the oldest premium hairdressing chains in the tricity. However, my experience there was not a great one. The waiting time wasnt too much, but the hairdresser only assisted me very grudgingly when I asked her about what hairstyle would suit me. Everyone present seemed to be completely devoid of any enthusiasm, which completely takes away the experience, which is exactly what you pay for when you visit a premium place

Its a very good salon.. Finally a good place has come in the city with really cordial staff and hygienic facilities. The price is also perfect for the services provided at the place. The two workers Ram and Shyam are amazing. The hair spa and pedicure is superb. Moreover I got Kerasmoothing done at the salon. My hair are in good condition, meaning they dont use fake products. So my experience has been really good.

The senior front office staff is too rude to talk to.I had my worst experience for my haircut with mr. Irshad Anwar. He left in the middle of an ongoing haircut and simply handed it over to the juniors which is highly unprofessional.However the services for nailart were okay. Overall experience was disappointing. Very poor services. i went to get my hair smoothening, ended up paying RS. 9000 but am sorry THE WORSE SERVICE AND QUALITY EVER. they did not even provided any guideline. I will never recommend this place, i use to be huge fan of them when i was residing in Chandigarh. But they have gone worse.

Not worth the price

This is for all the ladies out there who have short hair. Do not, and I mean DO NOT go there with your LITTLE coupons because apparently they believe in discrimination on the basis of the length of your hair. I bought a voucher from Little app, and went their for a haircut. To let you know, I have short hair or to be more clear, a boy cut. I basically wanted to trim my hair as it was slightly longer on one side. Nothing fancy, just trimming. First, they refused to accept the voucher and said that their voucher doesnt cover short haircuts. It was not mentioned on the Little app. Funny enough, men have short hair too and their coupon is like almost half the price. On enquiring how much the actual charge was, they said 610. They then agreed to accept the coupon, but told me that Ill have to pay the difference. Since the coupon was 449, I thought I had to pay 160 which was fine by me since I had an interview the next day. I had to wait for half an hour, got my hair cut. The lady who trimmed my hair was extremely nice. When I was done and proceeded to the main desk to pay the difference, they told me the difference was 610. I stared at them in utter disbelief and they reduced it to 530 (so generous). So, all in all, I had to pay 449+530 bucks for just trimming and men have to pay 250-350 for the same thing. Never visiting this Salon again.

The best salon I have ever visited in my life for men grooming. Usually I dont stay in India but whenever I am there, I make sure Headmasters salon is on my go to visit list. The ambience is spectacular. The staff is professional and guides properly. In pandemic times its maintaining complete hygiene standards. I love it. Highly recommend.

I had booked bridal makeup for 30th jan for 3:30pm. Paid advance and everything was set.On the day of my wedding i was there at sharp 3:30pm & they came 5:00 pm. My sister who come with me was half ready and bride’s makeup did not even start.I started crying and panicking as i had to leave for the wedding around 6:00pm. Only after my sister who half face makeup went running around shouting to get the make up artist and then they came.The makeup was nyc but the overall experience was really bad .
