After the 9 years my loan a/c is still active even after submitting the written application on the counter at Chandigarh Branch. 3rd class financing company with 3rd class employees.
Since so many years cant raise their standard company should hire educated candidates .worst service with their fault emi not deducted from account and they keep calling on Sunday the very next day for emi. Shocking is after being paid they still calling and calling . 👹👹👹👹
Fraud company. they dont know how to do business. they should be barred from doing business. they use schemes to squeeze money out of the customer. asking me for 55000rs after 3 years without any message or call. when the loan amount was 6700rs. and i had paid it already. if there was any due they could have let me know.

They are not able to resolve customers query. Neither they respond over phone or mail properly. They will send u same system generated mail again and again. I have been harrassed for 6 months. Still they are unable to find why my card got blocked.
Please do not believe on this company i have been cheated by this company as what they committed not full filled. They have committed that they will reverse my processing fees by giving online purchase voucher of same price in short gift voucher post disbursement of loan.After repeated follow up they keep giving dates when i escalated this to their higher authority they asked for proof after giving communication proof of same now they are coming with new concept that you have not opted for FFR things which was not communicated to me. My question _ if these are the things were there, then on what basis they were giving me dates and communion for giving of vouchers. Very bad experience with this company.

Understand the matter and do their best to resolve your issues.I visited them to cancle my personal loan which disbursed me on call- which i do not want to didn’t give my consent.But when i visited here, they resolved my issue very calmly and without asking any questions.So I recommend everyone to visit here to solve your problems.They do help....Thank you guys.....
Worst..!! Very disappointed.Firstly, their updated contact numbers arent there on Online Search Engine or on their own website. Secondly even if you get someones number there, they will not entertain you at all. Very pathetic experience. You have to go there personally and bang your head, thats the only way to get job done in 2020... nothing online.

Dont take loan from this company. They are frauds.They will send you mail for confirmation of loan which will not include all the charges. They will get the loan agreement signed from you. The loan agreement is so lenghty that it is not practically possible to study each and every clause. They will charge heafty annual charges for the loan sanctioned weatger you avail the loan or not. They will even forge your signatures on loan agreement wherever required to bind you. In case you want to close it they demand foreclosure charges which are exorbitant and very high. So once you trap with them there is no escape route ans you will ens up paying charges evey year fir just signing loan agreement with them.My seriouse advise to the person taking loan avoide this company and take loan from any nationalised bank if required.

The biggest fraud in INDIA run by Bajaj Finserve. They target the Indian Youth, lure them, take advantage of their situation/salary. Also above address is not correct, office has been shifted to sco 57-58-59, 17 A, Chandigarh.They deducted few amounts every month alongwith your actual emi, when you ask them the reason for deductions they starts playing Email - Email. Customer care on phone, why you call them, they have only single excuse and thats they do not have any right to do this.BEWARE OF BAJAJ Finserve !!
This is a fraud company. Bajaj finserv has charged me 3000/- for cheque bounce. Amount of the cheque was just Rs.12667/-. And this has happened twice.Moreover they charge very heavily for renewals and foreclosures. I dont know how such finance companies are allowed to rob common people of their hard earned money. So please dont fell in their trap and stay away from such people. Better opt for nationalised banks who listen to the customer complaints and try to resolve them.

Customers are being duped by charging huge membership fees. No one is listening..... adding more and more late fee for not making payment of membership fee..... not even closing my card

There is a board saying that, OUR SERVICE PRIDE. the first lines says that own every customer. Customer first, all else later- and here is this thing is straight opposite.and etc etc etc.....please check Our service Pride in bajaj finserv and start laughing..have a nice day...like the Our service board says, there is nothing such as Greet with a smile, hear the words(there not trying to hear customers word), and not resolving issues.

Purchased a Mitsubishi 1.1 ton split a.c.on 08.05.2017 from mohali for Rs 38900/-....paid Rs. 20730/- cash nd rest of the amount through ur bajaj fin 2363×8 instalments.... since then it company deducting Rs 3242 per month from my account for what ??? Still amount is pending nd statmnt showing that my loan amount was 38900/- ... what is going on ???
I give minus 5 star to the staff of bajajs sector 26 branch. Very irresponsible and illiterate staff. i have bajajs preffered EMI card and they are unaware about that. I suggest Mr Bajaj, start a polutery farm business.

I purchased a washingh machine on june 2015, Dealer told me that there is no extra charge for make a file through Bajaj Fin. But when i got a sms from Bajaj Fin. Then i know that there is a extra charges around 7 800Rs.Dealer told me that if you give 2000/- cash then you have to pay 1380rs/month for next 8 month. but now 1525rs/month are deducted from my account.
