The Permanent Look Adalat PUS was constituted under Legal Services Authority Act for speedy disposal of the cases in which public authority is involved and which includes essential services. The said authority was constituted for settlement of disputes but was given power to decide also. The jurisdiction was increased to Rs 1 crores in 2016.
