The law firm engaged in my case for defamation. Then they wrote that is not in their expertise, they have no time and they cannot discuss this further. First of all, I choose the firm because defamation is very clear in their expertise. I expected a more professional answer or at least: sorry we are very busy at the moment. At first the man was very helpful asking for information, after the information was sent I was told the case would be passed to a department that was not suitable, then it was always the person was just popped out. then it an email will be sent but that did not happen. There was no help offered for poor sighted, or hard of hearing. Very upset and disappointed was made to feel dirty.

I have always had a very positive experience when dealing with Saunders Law. They’ve helped me with several commercial litigation problems and have solved these problems for me without being too “lawyeristic” and without charging silly prices.I don’t recall any negative points at all and remember feeling very secure and taken care of.

07/27/2018: I had already told you the value of my case before he requested all the documents anyway. How do I know he hasnt gone to the other side and offered to represent them?Despite lots of correspondence with information about the value of my case, Matthew Purcell asked for all my documentation then got back to me and said he only took cases worth twice the value.

After dealing with a very long and drawn out battle with the police, Saunders Law have been very helpful, kept me up to date with information, and always broken down all the legal terms to make it understandable. I Would highly recommend them to anyone.
