Worst services. They dont know how to speak with customers. Give wrong information to customers. Specially there is a Girl named SHIKHA. she is very much rude and denied exactly by saying that go to other store. we can not help you. I tried her to speak their senior in Airtel customer care who was with me on call. But she denied to take call & rudely replied that she will not do anything its final....The people like SHIKHA (In Airtel Store, Sector- 35, Market Road) spoils the name of Airtel. Thumb down.

Went to get a number ported in and these guys rather then welcoming a new customer to Airtel Network started money minting practices. To port-in a prepaid number, the first minimum value recharge as Rs 540 !! They said that they dont have any other first time recharge option. I came to a local shop in Sec 8 and got my number ported in with a recharge of Rs 88 only !! On top, they carried an attitude which was not at all pleasing. Airtels Brand Spoiler Agents !!

Wonderful services and great job

He tell me rs.499 to port a reliance prepaid sim into airtel. He refuces to port in airtel without recharging amount. That means i have to pay rs.1500 for my 3 sims. But in normal mobile shop i port sims in 50 ×3= 150 rs.
