Very bad experience with this firm - a complete fraud. Unprofessional and cheat you every possible way. So avoid them at any cost. Firstly they provide you best competitive price and once you make advance payment then they loot you in measurements and tax etc. Also change every quoted price for each item. Just for example Silicon tube cost MRP 200 and charged me Rs 295, on the top they also added 18% on that, which is actually crime in itself.They forgot to take measurement of two windows and later Ive to pay cartage of Rs 5000 for second time whereas initially already paid Rs 7000 for the same so total cartage was charged Rs 12000 from Chandigarh to Shimla when it was their mistake.My total glass was around 1000 Sq Ft but as was promised that they will deliver all glass within a week time. You don’t gonna believe actually took almost 3 months to get all my glass after several follow ups. Now total amount exceeded what price I was getting in Shimla.In my experience buy directly from glass toughening firms like Thermosol, Mirge or Art and Glass. By removing these fraud commission agent you can get best price and job can be done professionally for sure.
