Kotak life insurance is situated on 2nd floor above axis bank in sector 9 chandigarh. They are providing services in life insurance. Although their plans are lucrative but on the time of maturity they just sucks the customer. I have very bad experience, so I am sharing with others also. First whenever any sales agent tried to offer best plans to you then do not listen to them rather go through the documentation carefully. Once you understand the terms, still waiting and think do you actually need the policy or not. With life cover you will be getting good returns also.. This is where you get trapped. They sold a policy for 3-5 year term and after 3 years they told that the policy terms is 10 years. It was useless to talk with them.

Deposited rs. 36000/- per years for 10 years and return only 3,83000/-Loot of public money.I was told by the agent Mr. Pardeep Singh of Haryana at the time of start of this policy ie in July 2010, that there is minimum 13 % interest if the policy run only up to 5 years.

Total disappointment.All they care about is to have people appear in exam to become an agent.If they think you wont be able to clear the exam they discard you. Heres my story - I was referred by a friend to become and agent with Kotak insurance and appear in the test.I did not pay any fee for registering into the test. Its some kind of scam where these guys make money by having people appear in tests. My fee was paid by some Ms.Vandana.I got a call from Ms. Vandana to inform about the study material and test schedule. I was waiting for the test dates and had spent a week studying the docs she sent me when I got the news that Ms.Vandana thinks I am a very cunning person so she cancelled my test.What the heck do you mean by cunning??? And even if god gave you some special abilities to judge a persons character in a 30 second call, do you need saints in your insurance business????? Vandana, you are a disgrace to the public image of Kotak. I wonder are you really doing business for your company or just trying to make small money by having people appear in exams.
