Sorry to say but the way they have not cleared the things and later gives you the least amount of premium.Never take the POLICY on their HDFC HOME LOAN, they smartly add the INSURANCE LOAN on your HDFC HOME LOAN and start taking the premium, they never will give you the policy document, they will never clear the terms and conditions, they will just say, this INSURANCE amount and will be refunded on paying all the INSURANCE amount while closing the loan and canceling the policy when it comes to paying, they pay you 1/4 of the total you paid to them. Imposing an INSURANCE POLICY LOAN on HOME LOAN from them, it would be more like a TRAP, ask them to not add any INSURANCE LOAN, if they are asking to take for security purpose, better take it on your personals end by paying a small calculated premium every month, thats the best way, I suffered, I dont want any 1 else do.

Fraud company my loan is going with this branch, at the time of loan they offer me 40000 or 3 EMI waves hdfc ergo insurance plan any loss of person, property or job, in this pendamic i loss my job. Now they denied my insurance. 6 year nowadays i have paid to them regularly premium. In case of my death they wouldnt claim my insurance. Premium may go all the time or after my death.

I am their old customer and having comprehensive insurance for my car for many years without any claim or sought any assistance from them. However recently my car failed to start and I repeatedly called them to assist me for getting my car Jumped start. Customer care did nothing except talking nicely and assuring that assistance is on the way but nothing is done for two days. I was lucky that my car was at secure place. had it been on road side with family and kids one can only imagine. Very very bad response will not do any further business with the and wont recommend any one to do anything with them.

Totally unprofessional environment. The security guard acting like he owns the company and thinks he has the authority decide whether youre worthy to meet or call the manager. No manager on site not even a supervisor (according to the security guard).Noone following covid protocols - not wearing masks, the guard, office employees and even the senior level employes whom the guard didnt want to let me meet.The companys telephone helpline is switched off due to covid, no one replies to emails and when you visit their office the security guard wants to make you believe that theres noone in the office even though you can hear and see 30 different people.Later he gave me a phone number of an employee telling me he was the manager but the notice board at the entrance listed a different name than the person I had called.I had been buying insurance from HDFC Ergo for a while and dont think Ill buy again due to the total lack of service and discipline.

Dont have enough staff to answer queries of customers, nor have knowledge.

Unable to claim my policy!!!

I had deposited health insurance Premium on 26 th March 2020 but till today i havent received any Health card or slip from this insurance company only mail received. Earlier when it was Apollo Munich All papers were received within week. I had tried Phone but no response.Very Bad Experience .

Yeh third class company hai .Is main kam karne wale chor hai.Aur claim ko pass karne ke liya pase mangate hai. Yeh company Bajaj walo se linked hai.plz in se koi insurance na karwe.

Fake company. pls dont take any policy from HDFC ergo..they harass too much at the time of claim. and reject your calls again and again.

I am trying to call Chandigarh branch on the given number but getting no reply at all .... more than five times in previous three days and no response.... also have given details online for call back and have no response received so far .. this is the service !!
