The people at Grace are good advisers and provide a one-in-a-kind product. The rates are also genuine and very competitive. I have had this kitchen for more than 9 months now and so far everything is great. Havent needed much after sales service thus far but I am sure it would be good. If you are in Chandigarh or any of the neighboring cities, dont look elsewhere. I did my research and found them to be the best and am happy that I chose them. The Bakelite sheet they use in place of wooden board is the best thing. Very Strong, Reliable and 100% water proof.

Absolutely rubbish! Their staff doesn’t have basic manners to talk on phone. We reached out to them to give us a final quotation for our kitchen, they took all measurements, requirements still kept us waiting. When we just made a simple call to follow up , A lady spoke mannerless. I hung up that very moment and finalised another vendor. If they cant speak decently to a potential customer , I wonder how they would treat once taking our money.

Spent more than 3.5 lakhs to order a kitchen from them and I regret every bit of it (whole situation explained in next paragraph). Poor and unprofessional staff which lacks skills to convey product information to the customer. Also, they demand full payment before the on-site delivery of your kitchen. And if u do that, boy oh boy, be ready to smack yourself on head. Cuz if theres any issues with your product after that, god help you!I ordered a kitchen from them and everything was going smooth I planned the Design and accessories like LED lights, cutlery tray, color combination etc. I gave them the booking amount which is 10% of the total i.e. Rs. 36,000. They asked me for another 50% before the payment before starting the manufacturing. Done. Gave them that and kitchen went in production. After completing the build they called us to check the kitchen for any issues. On visiting, straight away we noticed the color combination was not followed and a horrible mistake was made where in between the cabinets, one random cabinet was of a different color. (Given human error, we noted it to convey them the problem) second we had quite a big kitchen so we discussed to go with 2 cutlery trays (one for kitchen and one for the breakfast counter). One of which was missing. Third we noticed there was no LED strip light in pantry as discussed at the time of planning phase.So with all these 3 things we got back to the office and sat down with the designer where she WROTE all 3 things down in her logbook and assured all mistakes will be corrected. After almost 7-8 days they reached out to us on the useless whatsaap group and asked us to visit and check the kitchen again as all the issues were now resolved. We got back and guess what? The kitchen is all packed up and wrapped up top to bottom in foam, ready for delivery. And said if there are problems they will solve them on site and asked us for the final amount i.e. remaining 40% of payment before delivery and installation. We paid them and waited 2 more days until it arrived on site. And guess what! Except the color combination problem all others were still the same. We reached out to the designer and the other marketing girl who assured that everything was fixed. And now they say that they never said anything about the LED light in pantry and we should get it fixed from an electrician on our own. (I showed them a live example of it at the time of booking and issues reporting, it lights up and down automatically while opening and closing the doors of pantry). In addition to all this they started talking rudely and started accusing other fellow employees, pointing out each other mistakes. I politely told the designer that its grace kitchen I am dealing with, not her or some other employee personally. So whoevers fault it is please discuss with your team and get it solved for me. I even called the owner but it has landed me nowhere as she just listened to my problem and forwarded my call to the same designer again and just listened while we talked about the same thing.I would strongly advise against grace kitchen and would not recommend it to anyone as there are lot of better options available in our Tricity who are way more talented and professional in the ways to approach and deal with their customers. And at this price point everyone expect good service and they simply lack it due to bad staff.

Was going to give a big order for 2 kitchens, estimate around 8-9 lakhs, but have called off after reading the latest review, you people cannot take customers for granted.

I compared the cabinets with so many companies, and Grace Kitchens has the most long life product. There kitchen cupboards are of good quality and service is also good. But they are bunch of money greedy people, they finalized my kitchen order for X amount and also took advance from me, after couple of days of taking advance they said they cannot honor the promised price, i cancelled the order and took the advance back, they sent their salesman behind me who convinced us for the increased price, kitchen will cost me 50000 more than original agreed price, ordering from them was a mistake, i should not have ordered kitchen from them. After six months, we installed built-in dishwasher in our kitchen, we requested them to provide a panel for the same as it needs to match the kitchen material, they charged a exorbitant price of Rs.8000 just for a 3*2 panel, again I had no other option but to give up to their demand. Dont buy anything from them, they dont have any business ethics, moral ethics and will be behind your money always.

I attended a cup cakes workshop at top floor of Grace Locks. Saw the interiors there. And the place is soooo beautifully done. Im not aware of the pricing, but the designs are lovely.Just a slight drawback of lack of adequate parking space. My car was almost towed from outside. Phew!!! I had to convince them to remove the clamps as it would have been difficult for me to collect the car with a toddler in hand.

Smart people who understood our requirements really well and we are very happy with the kitchen installed. Design usability was well thought of and I suggest discussing well and listen to their recommendations.

Worst customer service ever... these people have been chasing us to finalise our kitchen ... we spent a good deal of time finalising the designs.. after paying some advance, thankfully rechecked the designs before the final work would have started ...And guess what? The designs were changed by these cheaters ... and conveniently they asked us to take back the advance for obvious reasons... and this lady seated in their office was smiling all the way with least amount of regret for wasting our time ...Bluffing their customers seems to be their expertise ...

Highest level of fraud installed their modular kitchen the doors came out from hinges automatically the material they use is just like cardboard when the doors are loose which cannot be even repaired above all they are sending mass messages in which my house no is also mentioned from sector 17 Panchkula in list of satisfied consumers I had to remove all their material and got new kitchen installed not recommended to anyone
