I visited the diagnostic center for my lab investigations , the staff was very polite and caring. Reasonable charges. Timely report. Neat and clean. I want to Come again and again for regular tests.

They are just making money, staff are very unprofessional. You can see they look like house keeping man and doing diagnostic.Rude, arogant and non copperative staff.Dont go here for any diagnose.

Would have provided less than 5 stars..staff is so insensitive staff name is Mr Parmit .They are just into crowd collecting. I went there for my MRI test and the sound that machine was making can make someone suffer heart attack right there and then... instead of being sympathetic towards the patient they gets irritated and tell us to leave the premises and states apke bass ki hi ni hai ap rehne do bahar vaise hi bhot bheed hai customers ki I think this is what happens when you are way too arrogant and patient Is just a number for you

Last week I came here for a regular check-up and was completely satisfied with their services. The place is good, with all safety and hygiene measures, with a good staff working there and great hospitality.Overall satisfied.

Very bad experience..my ct scan was done by some untrained persons.he was doing everything quickly and in hurry like there was huge rush while i was 😟 anxious .there was no rush..he also stained all my clothes with blood from canula due to excess bleeding. They should have told to change all clothes but they had no such experience..also the leather platform of ct machine was all in shambles and bad shape..torn from different places.it was a very dirty shabby platform..

Totally worst not even worth of one star,one Simple thing which I have faced that they charged 500 Rs.for two X-ray films and I got only X Ray films of particular body Part they did not provide the Brief X Ray report stating That They dont have Radiologist to do so whats that it shows only money matters to these people they dont care to give service to customers. Please dont Spend your hard earned money to Such unprofessional and greedy people.Totally useless and worst Place

Services are good. But receptionist are little bit not cooperative. I visit there frequently but i feel this issue two times.. Advice for admin. The worst experience I must say. When you call them, the information they provide something different than what the receptionist has to say. The staff is never presentthey are saying there is no dr available for stone i asked before coming here.They told that there is dr available only then we came here for so long and things were not arranged here they take my blod sample which is not required unnecessary they took blod sample and also not given us any kind of report of the blod sample and no cleaning there at all they lay me down on the bed which is not clean some blod is there if some one come by investing money this kind of service they provided here ?

Very wrost experience specially sitting on reception namely SHALLU....timings which they given to me and attending after 1hour ... I have severe pain in my back and specially metioned yesterday that tomorrow is sunday At what time i should come but they are very irresponsible

Today from panchvati diagnostic i feel good bcoz they take home collection from exact time which they gave to me And they give me full information about tests.

A very bad behaviuor and very bad words said by one of the staff to my pregnant wife. Very depressing and dissappointment. I will not stop here if the action not taken.

Very bad attitude of the person sitting on the reception. Really will never visit again this lab. Very casual and rough approach towards the problems/conditions of the patients.Even the in charge (office admin) did not respond to the genuine grievance.
