Very good civil hospital and dispensery.. good staff with good services.. CGHS CARD facility available . Who have a cghs card.

Emergency area works really well..but if you going to consult basic doctors then u have to go early on time and theres waiting for meeting various doctors

My sister came for an emergency treatment at night and she got nice treatment handle by docs n nurses. Doctor ask her to come next five days for injection and glucose drip. Next morning when she came back with drip on her hand and with medicine , unfortunately, the new lady doctor didn’t treat her well and removed her drip and previous medicine n wrote new medicine by saying that the doctor who treated you doesn’t know about your illness.. how strange is that !!, doctors who doesn’t even have proper coordination between them and prescriptions .. I guess these doctors are here completing their internships and doing experiments on patients . However, the hospital is good and well maintained .

Its good to have more of such facilities to avoid rush in main hospitals. Cleanliness was good. I went at night in emergency, counter staff and nurse was good. Doctor seems to be little arrogant and didnt listen carefully. They should me more considerate and have patience. Just one doctor in emergency is not enough. All medicine prescribed are not available and you need to buy them from shop outside. Ample space for parking, washroom are clean.

All Mbbs doctors are available at every time we all will get service my experience with them is good i went there in night at 2 o clock and doctor was available there at night and he checked me up properly....

Very clean premises. Ample parking space. There is 24*7 snack canteen available. Doctors are as par as other govt. Hospitals.

Opd doctors are not on seat everytime....50% of time they r not available in their cabins... specially in x ray room nd secondly they have same doctor for both emergency and opd for some days in week ...idk when the day will come when govt hospitals will provide people better services 🙏

I was gone evening at counter no 1 for making a new card but that time ladie when she were making card there. she were treated very rude behave with me .I think team need breafing .

I have come here for vaccination and apparently the token system is a hoax. Staff us indisciplined. The gaurdd was allowing people to to enter in the line even if it was not their turn.

To be amazed in was surprised to see such cleanness and good parking space really happy with it. As its a govt one so the prices are affordable too. One can visit here without thinking about hygiene smell and other related issues

Clean hospital staff is good .

Theres no doubt that the doctors and the medical staff are very good and intelligent. However, this hospital also suffers from the same problems other government hospitals face. It is understaffed, putting too much pressure on the existing medical staff anf facilities. It does not offer on demand medical services and the OPD closes at 2pm, again, due to staffing logistics. For example, I got a suture on my eyebrow due to an injury and was asked to come back after 10 days to open it. I checked OPD timings (OPD is open till 2pm), and arrived at the hospital at 1pm. Had to spend 1 hour in the queue (because there was no staff) and at 1:53pm, when my turn came, the doc told me that they will not open the suture at 2pm and I had to come at 8am. I was sent back. First, how am I supposed to know this? And second , why are they denying medical care to a patient? Its not a typical government office that can deny services due to rigid timings. The fact that this hospital is being run according to the typical government office structure really disappoints me.

Rude Mediocre staff who doesnt even know how to handle the patients.Went for Medical certificate, A Sardar doctor who had freshly joined didnt pay no heed for the service which I wanted.Bloody Punjabis and Harayanvis have ruined Beautiful Chandigarh

I wish, I could give negative rating. It is the worst hospital ever. Doctor is never available here. If they are available then they will never listen to your problem. Please avoid going to this hospital.

Cleanliness is better than other government hospitals in Chandigarh. C section delivery is operated in only morning by doctors. In night for emergency they may refer to gmch-32, sector-16 or PGI. ambulance is there,Private room facility is available in gynae ward and have AC/heater and refrigerator. All in all good experience.

Hi all..i was in emergancy suffering wth pain n thr was a docter today named gurpreet..he was so illiterate n behaved very rude wth me..except ths he was continued discussing his salory bot paid by gov of last 3 monts with his friend...my uncle is in tribune i ll take a strict action againest him..

Registration staff on counter number 1 they dont know how to talk with patient. Ill went here on 29/Oct/2019 around 7-8 am. On registration counter a lady was there and forbidden me to make registration card and was talking with me disrespectfully and misbehave with me and my dad. I didnt like this tolerance of staff. Please if you guys see this take a strict action on the lady who dont know how to talk with people or patient.

Shame.. .....Very Poor service for pregnant ladies .. We visit there 3 times from 31st July to 5august . But still 2 test is pending. And Folic acid is not available there from day one . Totally harashment.Patient nameParminder

Ortho doctor asks to get the X- ray done from Tricity HealthCare Diagnostic Centre sector 47 and if you dare to get it done from another place then get ready for the unethical behavior of doctor.. he will not examine you properly.. Pathetic....... Sir are you getting commission from there.. Patient is free to get it done as per their convenience not per you choice.

Laboratory staff took the sample but didnt note the test they had to perform and when I reached the lab. Next day for collecting my grandfathers ( 76 year old) report they said they forgot to note down the type of test doctor advised so I had to wait for another day ....this was so much like harrasment all because of laboratory staff mismanagement.

Doctor in emergency is so negligent.he didnt even listen properly and just write his prescription on assumtion,that patient might have said this.I dont have any pain still he prescribe me an injection for pain.On asking.y u wrote this.said.fir mt lgwao.mujhe suna nhi ache se ..really neglligent about patient.He should be more ethical and responsible.

Not suitable for delivery cases, worst experience recently.simple normal delivery ko bhi operation bolkar 16 ya 22 refer kar dete hain, 22 or 16 wale unki cases ko normal delivery kar dete hain, incapable staff and doctors in gynecologist department.they have no knowledge how to take blood from females, unhone meri wife ke dono hath suja diye jabki 16 wale injection ka pta bhi nhi chal, pure 2 din me sirf ek drip di jabki 16 walo ne 2 ghante me baby delivered karwa dia, 45 me to bhul kar bhi na jao delivery ke liye, recent delivery on 5 may 2021,
