Good staff and love to fast collect the sample from my home and as promised report same day. They follow all covid-19 safety.

Really supportive and cooperative staff. Had multiple visits at the centre due to my fathers treatment, they gave extended support every time. Special heads up to centre head maam for making one feel comfortable thru listening and answering the queries.Really delighted with the services. God bless the team.

Cheep service & they dont have manners & behaviour that how to talk with the patients as well as attendent. Rude behaviour ..One of the my friend visited there with his mother ... .. his father is soldier as we know if the any Govt employee or army employees than their children & wife depends on him so any hospital which on govt pannel than they cant charge from them under CGHS Govt policy. But lab staff saying they have pay for test. So dont visit thereThank you

I gave my sample for covid 19 through the drive through at leisure valley. Sample collection was very convenient. However as far as the results are concerned, I had a Pathetic time. Kept calling on the number given on the website. They told me to call 4061121, which is the lab number. I kept calling for two consecutive days. No one responded. Finally I had to go and pick up the report from the lab. No message, no email. The government is working in a better way. Then what are we paying for?Being a doctor myself, this kind of response is highly unprofessional. Would not recommend. Pathetic experience.

Worst ever lab...it cant be relied at all...the reports which were about to come at 10 pm yesterday havent come yet...not even taking any calls...and their owner says he has nothing to do without it...nothing is in his hands and i cant do anything...gaannndduuuu lab kholi kyn h...jab kuch kar nai sakta
