The office of TOI is in sector 8C Madhya Marg and its a 2 floor office with 3 departments working.Its a good place and have good vibes while working.

Very bad customer service, I booked my newspaper in Feb 2020 and my subscription was to he started from 6/02/2020 but till date is has not been started.I called so many time to DSA number but he did not replied.. I tried to call their landline number but no one is picking calls.Now I have no option except to file complaint against times of India.New papers is good but the customer service is very bad.

Times Of India is the best newspaper in Chandigarh. I read it daily. The information is very helpful and also there is citizen reporter section in the newspaper which is very informative.

Collected advance chq by One of executive Mr. Dinesh Kumar for yearly subscription chq cleared 1 month back but till date not recd TIO coupons nor any correspondence from TIO office Fake promises worst service

It is the best company of newspaper in English newspaper & it is best for student as well as educated people & they are providing better subscription in Chandigarh and mohali etc....

Deserve 0 rating actually! But alas there aint any option.Registered for one year subscription , got no newspaper, no refund, no help just useless people picking up the calls at sector 8 offc chandigarh. Must say patheric services!

Nice office. Small but well maintained

My wife had won a prize in the papers contest and we went to collect the prize. We were not even allowed to enter and the prize (worthless as it was) was handed over to us by the guard at the gate.

Worst service ever faced by any newspaper compsny taking money in advance make fake promise cant provide the service . Phone always busy if picked the call then will say we will inquire and tll u .its wastage of money by taking service from them so better stay away from such people

I called them and explained my problem. The lady on phone said that she call back in few mins but she didnt.But when I visited the place staff shown their full professionalism and solved my problem very quickly.

You can find UK VFS near it on madhya marg , surprisingly the front parking is always full but there is car park space at back .

Such a poor service u guyzzz are providing I called 4 times to complaint that newspaper is not coming and the next day is also the same ...ur office should be closed with a such a poor service ...if it happens more I would make a refund of my money and file a case in consumer court... do whatever you can
