Very good product , good service , quality worth with good price. Manager and all staff are very understanding.

The staff is extremely helpful and not deperate to sell you their merchandise. They try to help by elucidating the product features. Having said that adidas as a brand should rethink about the price points at which they are operating. I asked about a sweatshirt and the price was 8000 INR. How good does an adidas sweatshirt has to be so that it justifies the price tag... One can get similar merchandise for much less in other brands.

Very poor customer serviceI visited the store on 19th June with intention to buy a good pair of running shoes. Picked up 3 pairs in range of 17k+, but surprisingly none of the attendants (there were about 10) in store bothered to attend me. There were not many customers in store. It seemed to be more crowded with attendants than customers.

Just love my 3 stripes, enough said. If youre lucky youll get great deals on sale

The store has a good collection of the products of the brand. The staff is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The display shelves are large and well spaced allowing for convenient exploration of the whole range. The store has enough area to maintain social distancing norms and is complying with all the guidelines - sanitizers, thermal checking, masks and social distancing.

As a brand as big as Adidas should have, this store doesnt have good employees. Less in numbers and uninterested in selling their product. We went for new shoes and didnt like one of the pair the salesgirl showed us. And then instesd of showing us another one, she said that all their shoes are the same so you wont like them.
