It is the best place for golf accessories. You can buy everything related to golf. The store is maintained very well. The store arrangement is very good. This store is behind swami suzuki so you need to enter the main gate And walk behind the showroom you will get Golfoy showroom. They are newly start the customisation in golf ball where you can print your own name, logos on the ball that will be the main attraction of this place. They are currently offering free customisation for a month on Golf ball. If you want you can have your name on the golf ball.

Be careful while buying online from their website. They have charged me 1500 INR additional in the name of GST. Instead of charging 12% gst they charged me 18% and when asking for returning the money person offered me to adjust in the next purchase. Post sales service is very poor they neither respond to your emails/messages. Double check the GST while buying online goods.

Delayed deliveries. Took one of my orders 10 days to be delivered from Chandigarh to Delhi. Poor after sales service. Really slow response to queries and concerns. Do not waste your money on customization as the quality of printing is bad and makes the product unusable.After wasting a couple of days talking to customer service, I have been offered a 500 rupee store credit for an unusable product worth 4,000 rupees. Bravo!

Finding the store is a little difficult but the guards etc are helpful in locating it. Staff is really helpful and courteous. The stock of equipment is also satisfactory. Extremely pleased with the overall experience.

Have shopped a few times with them without issues. However, a real test of an online store comes when the delivery is inaccurate or defective. As with other reviews, their customer service on dealing with incomplete shipping or defects is rather bad. The information on the website or invoices is inaccurate to the actual package. Wont recommend buying the more expensive Golf stuff from here as if something goes wrong, you may just be stuck with it.

I ordered golf shoes vide order no 100006987. On the very first day I used it on the course, all my buddies complemented me on the new find. However, by the end of the round, both my feet were wet inside as the water had soaked in. Only for ensuring a comfortable moisture free golfing experience, I had ordered the shoes. but in vain. The shoes are now useless.
