Experience at this place was a bit different from most of the previous stations for filling feul. It is a very good station with standardized staff and good cleanliness of the surrounding. The behaviour of the staff was very good. The interaction was very polite. All payment methods were available. Quality of the feul was as expected. Good experience. Thanks you.

I dont want to recommend this petrol pump. I spent my 30mins in petrol pump because of some payment problem they swipe my card 5-6 times due to bank (in connectivity) problem and they clicked my Adhar card photo I gave my full assurence to Manager he have my mobile number but manager not a responsible person my adhar card picture still in his employee mobile number Rs780 already paid on same day. If his Employee misuse my adhar card number who will responsible for that being a woman its not a good way to deal with customer.if owner read my review kindly improve your Services and kindly remove my adhar card photo in your employee mobile number. RS 780 IS NOT A BIG AMOUNT BUT YOU lost trust of your customers.

As per government rules, toilet facility must be available but when I visited this pertol pump, washroom was locked , there was a washbision but there was no water. I think this must be corrected when someone visitsI asked the staff, they said kar do complaints koi baat nahiRude behavior of staffI have attached the photos and videos of the locked washroom

I was the permanent customer of Karan Filling Station & I was fully satisfied. The Petrol and Diesel of the company is very good you should must use it. It is far better filling station as comparison to other filling station. The customer service of the Karan Filling Station is amazing. They immediate response on your problem. I was the permanent customer of Karan filling station and I am satisfied. The petrol and diesel of the company is very good. The behavior of the workers of this station is amazing . I usually prefer to visit for petrol filling.

Always have to wait in a long queue, lack of management.

Very poor service for Air filling only one person available out of three air filling stations. You have to spent 10 to 15 min in que to fill air.

This pump being last towards Mohali takes undue advantage. The staff misleads specially ladies and jump the meter while refuelling. The fuel sold by them is also adulterated. Staff is rude and misbehaves normally. Its gud to avoid this pump by every possible means.

If u r two wheelers owner then u can be forced to stand in a queue and go for refilling ur motorcycle from the specific machine on this filling station even if many other filling machines installed on this pump are free .

Staff misbehaves with customer and they dont give bills until asked to provide one. Perhaps more flow of customers from Mohali due to rate disparities have got into their head. They even refuse to provide complaint book. Worst experience at petrol pump ever.

Fraud people...when u reach near the petrol pump machine..a guy will start cleaning your wind screen and will tell you to switch on the windscreen washer for few seconds..This is a trick to keep u busy....other guy immediately starts filling fuel....they will not say to check 0.
